So I went to spectrum to return in a box Im not using, and a women named maritza helped me she had HORRIBLE customer service , she gave me attitude when I was just asking why was I getting charge $60 for a month when its usually $30 , I still left confuesed but didnt feel like putting up with her attitude , even after i said thank you and try to be nice she just raised her eyebrows and said yeaa with attitude like I did something? she needs more training, shes not a people person. From reading the comments im not the only one with this issue . She seems like she does not like her job and takes it out on her customers .

Just transferred from AT&T to spectrum, giving a 5 star to Raul as he initially help me with getting all my equipment for internet service. Great customer service and gave me great customer service.
On the other hand Maritza who helped me the following day on completing my mobile installation she was rude and looked at me as I didn’t know what I was telling her or was not comprehending why I was there. Bad bad customer service, especially as I am just transferring to spectrum.

Raul at the Gosford location was super helpful and personable. He took time and listened to our concerns and helped come up with custom solutions, first, for internet, and then mobile and TV. Really appreciated that he remembered me when I came in a second time.

Spectrum is a scam. I canceled my internet service and they completely ignored it. Months later they tried to charge me for 2–3 months of service I didn’t use AND claimed I owed them for a TV box and subscription I never had. I never even signed up for TV service.
After calling and verifying everything was supposed to be cleared, they still sent my account to collections. This company lies, steals, and ruins your credit over their own mistakes.
Stay far away from Spectrum, they will rob you blind and then punish you for it.

Don’t go to the spectrum on Gosford . The lady and man that were there were not helpful at all.completely ignored me no customer service what so ever. Also lady was rude when I asked if they had a restroom my toddler may use. Came in thinking I was going to walk out with a phone. Guess they didn’t want my money . So I walked out and as soon as I was walking out the man tried to be smart and yelled out “HAVE A GOOD DAY” total sarcasm!

so don't go to this location if u want the worker to help u. especially the associate maritza! very rude lady and her customer service sucks! had a attitude the whole time raising her eyebrows. like if we were talking nonsense. all we were trying to do was a trade in upgrade our phones. well we walked out becuz of HER! she wasnt tryna help us trade our phones in. she needs to fix her attitude or find a job that dosent involve customer service! and I did call corporate about the situation becuz her whole attitude wasnt called for.

Horrible customer service. After sitting here for 20 minutes with these employees randomly starring at me, I'm walking out. I guess they don't pay their employees enough because they just do not care.
