I dislike T-Mobile and do not recommend them to anybody. I get a two or $300 bill every month I’m 75 years old Sim cards don’t fit into the Winegard system. I have the T-Mobile Internet does not work even though their coverage map says it worth. It’s very good that’s not true stay away from this company

We came in right now to get a phone with this company. They saw my husband and I come in. We started looking at the different phones as they had people they were helping. Not once did they say anything to us or say they would help us when they could. We were there 20 minutes. Two other people came in. They went right to them. Even looked at us and did not say anything. So do not do business with them.

Just stopped in recently to see about changing our phone plan. They're right on the corner of a super giant shopping center with parking, but it's across the front, very busy entrance so be careful! When we entered, we were greeted immediately and someone asked why we were there. He let us know a ton of details and that he was "just" the attendant not a sales person but he was super knowledgeable right from the start with we appreciate. They have great options for unlimited data and phones and adding lines to your plan. If we ever decide to change, this is the location we'd come to!

Came in and the system was down. The lady was not sure at what time it was going to be up and running. We decided to come back the next day and we sat down and waited. None of the workers said welcome to us or anything. Then one of the female workers started helping another customer that was there after us. We had been waiting for about 25 minutes when we saw what she did. This is the 3rd time here and all in all bad customer service.

I went to this location because i was going to switch well i walked in wasn’t acknowledged at all. Was not told they would be with me or nothing of the sort. After 20 minutes i walked out. Acknowledging customers is very important.

After dealing with terrible customer service from AT&T (my parents lines) and receiving terrible cell service from Verizon (my line and husband’s), I decided to switch over to T-mobile for my parents and myself. Jeremiah was very knowledgeable and patient in setting up my account and 4 lines. I was given great service and was tended to as soon as I walked in the door. Greatly appreciated!

I was an ATT loyal customer. After our plan kept going up. We decided it was time to look at other cell service providers. We're very happy with T-Mobile. You couldn't ask for better service and understanding. Our costs was reduced over 50%. I'm retired military and get a discount. We can also use our cellphones in Canada and Mexico. Thank you for outstanding customer service and support.

Poor customer service. I was dealing with Ricky which have the worst customer services very loud and rude when asked him about his business card he refused to share and told me no manager on duty when I asked for it. He treat you like ignorant. After being with T-Mobile for many years this guy make me think about switch to different service provider
