This is a nice Starbucks that makes very good drinks. I highly recommend visiting this place when in the area, even if you yourself are not a CSUB student.

This Starbucks has the best overall design in Kern County, and I've been to all of them.Prices are higher than normal because of their contract with the school food provider. As an idea, medium iced coffee and breakfast sandwich cost me about $11.50. Flavor is what would be expected from a Starbucks, not worst or better.Quiet enough to study, good vibe. Will definitely hang out here more often. The couple times I've been in, it had always been clean.Service is average at best.Kid-friendliness: Nope, this is a college campus. Don't bring dem kids ?Parking: Need a student parking pass or pay $6 for a one day pass.Wheelchair accessibility: Ther is access for wheelchairs.

A little on the pricier side, but AMAZING customer service. The drinks are good but are always willing to remake any drinks if needed.

Slow service, Multiple times I have had very unpleasant interactions here. I'm pretty agreeable and go with the flow kinda guy but people here have a stick up there a** and get angry just because I wanted to order a drink. It's your job no? I work in food and never have I treated a customer as badly as they do here.

The worst service ever. I made a phone order from Mercy South West 15 minutes prior to pick up when I picked up the order was not done. Not just phone orders their nitro coffee machine is always broken this place needs to get their act together I am surprised that Starbucks still allows this location to be open ridiculous

Don't waste your money. Every time I come in, my drink is made wrong, and when I ask if it can be fixed, they assure me that the drink is made right and don't bother to remake it the right way. Besides that, it takes forever to get your order taken and to receive it. Just take your money to the Starbucks down the street and risk losing your parking spot, it's better than getting your drink here.

I give this place 2 stars mostly because personally customer service isn't great. Some workers are rude and don't even pay attention to the orders being made by customers. I asked for an iced flat white with coconut milk plus sweetener to which she mumbled to her coworker "do we even make those iced? I ended up getting a flat white with whole milk and no sweetener even though I paid extra for the substitutes! It's annoying that I didn't even notice until after I had left.

Probably the worst Starbucks in town. Disorganized, slow, under staffed. It took them an absurd amount of time to put a breakfast sandwich in the oven. I could have gone in and made my entire order in the time it took them just to open the oven. Won't be returning.

I bought a gift card here for a friend as a bday gift and she told me she tried to use it and had no funds the employee told her that they have had complaints of customer buying gift card with cash and the cashier canceling transaction and keeping the money I WOULD NEVER BUY A GIFT CARD DIRECTLY FROM STARBUCKS

Worst Starbucks ever, the average wait to get your drink is 30 minutes and I think that the staff are not trained properly, Faculty at the campus get their drink first as the students will wait . I don't understand why but this Starbucks is not fully with their standards and how they can't get a sticker machine to read and make the drink way faster and more easier way for them. And I feel bad for this employee but I really will go to the other Starbucks down the street to get my drink quick and better. Sorry csub but work with your budget and understanding your student needs and demand. we know that there is scarcity but hey, to get good reviews here at CSUB, it's to be honest. Im speaking for all my fellow road runners when I say this. This Starbucks needs help. A drink should not take 30 god damn minute.

I'm giving 4 stars because EVERY time I order something. They spell my name wrong. I even spell it out for them every time It's NATASHA NOT NATASHIA OR NATASHYA. Stop messing with me.Other than that time to wait for drinks is not that long.

The customer service you're at the Starbucks so bad that the employees seem not to care at all by customers and also the drinks that they make year for customers through the drive-through are so horrible and they take basically like if they're just adding water to your coffee I complain to the manager and she really didn't care about any of my concerns so if you were a big fan of Starbucks I do not recommend this location at all the coffee tastes very bad customer service is very bad if I would recommend you a location I would recommend Rosedale location they make good coffee's and also their customer service is very good here's an image of how my coffee is made it looks basically pure water inside this coffee

I feel very sorry for the staff the manager is yelling at them saying if they can't handle a Friday request it off I understand her frustration but that's no way to talk to your employees especially if guest are present and it's a full house. The lady has a scarf on her head. I added stars for the employees hard work.

I've been to this location a few times, and sometimes it's a good experience but other times, it's not. Today I got home with my order only to discover that my order was not handled well. All but one item was wrong. I called, and the lady apologized and said, "I hope your day gets better." She made no offer to correct the mistake. I think that when a company makes a mistake, the least the reps can do is try to make it right. Wishing me a "better day" is, in my opinion, insufficient. She should have offered to correct my order. I'll drive a little further to the location down the street.
