My friend and I bought two drinks and two bites to eat here and asked if they could help us out by giving us two cups of hot water to fill up a hot water bottle as my friend had bad cramps and was on a long road trip. Their lack of connection and compassion for a woman and sticking to a policy idiotically - "because lot of people come here for free hot water only".... Well we bought stuff and are you really this pathetic to decline a woman who is clearly in pain due to a health issue? Yuck. Talk about inconsiderate. Two cups of hot water doesn't cost a cent for a corporate chain charging overpriced drinks. Their margins are around 15%, with 500 average customers per day per store, and 33,295 locations, so they make insane profits. I work on corporate social responsibility the lack of civility evidenced here is what's wrong with corporations worldwide. Cant wait to write the heads of Starbucks about this once I get in. Shameful.

This is the second time this has happened to me. I ordered a venti and it’s like I got a grande. Unfortunately I was working so was not able to drive back and have them fix it. I feel like the employees need to make sure they are double checking their orders before they put them out.

Absolutely phenomenal Starbucks experience here today. In the middle of a 6 hour road trip, we had to stop to make the obligatory bathroom break and get some bonus caffeine. This Starbucks was surprisingly empty on a Sunday morning (maybe we were too early?) but we all know coffee shop bathrooms can be real hit or miss, and I was extremely pleased with the condition of this one, both clean and well stocked. The barista this morning was so kind and friendly, and she gave our kiddo a free cookie. My husband and requested any drink she wanted with some caffeine in it, and she hit it out of the park for him. My chai was above par, and our order was finished quickly. Just a refreshing, positive experience during an exhausting trip!

The Starbucks on stockdale hwy is a joke. These people that work here think that are so much more better than other people. I have asked 3 THREE TIMES FOR THEM TO PLEASE PUT HAND SOAP IN THE MENS BATHROOM. I WAS JUST NOW IN THE Bathroom for all of 5-7 minutes and I was in that long trying to scrap soap from the bottom of the soap dispenser cause they still hadn't put soap in the bathroom or toilet seat covers . Then while I was trying to get soap one of the employees comes banging on the door like there is a fire . It's very rude very disrespectful and when I come out and say something about the soap and my feelings on the banging on the door they all started laughing. And then apologized to another person in the store like I'm wrong for saying anything. I don't know who owns this Starbucks but who ever u are u should be embarrassed and ashamed at how ur employees treat customers. It's a very unpleasant experience and them trying to.make me feel embarrassed and I don't feel good right now at all. . this should never happen. David hall

I was just at Vons on Stockdale and California and the person who attended me at Starbucks was very rude. I asked the difference between a macchiato and a Frappuccino. Well, she had a mask on and I didn't quite understand. It looked like she was upset that she had to repeat herself. In my opinion, she needs a lesson in customer service and how to treat senior citizens. Jessica, the cashier where I paid for my food was very nice, welcoming and very sweet. She apologized to us in line as she had to assist her customer with a price issue.Maybe Savanna at the Starbucks counter can take a look at Jessica's notes.

This Starbucks usually has an issue keeping this place clean. I am going to report it to the health department in Bakersfield to visit this business—this is unacceptable!
