I wish I could leave a good review, but my experience was terrible. I went to my storage unit recently, but I had lost my access card with the gate code. Someone entered before me and opened the gate, so I followed behind them to get in. After I finished, I went to the office to ask for help getting my code again.
There, I met a woman named Jessica, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She asked how I got inside, and when I explained that someone opened the gate before me, she raised her voice and said, “Don’t do that again!” — not politely, not like “Please don’t do that, it’s against the rules.” Her tone was harsh and disrespectful, and I was honestly shocked at how she spoke to me.
She talked to me as if I were a child, not a paying customer. I tried to stay calm and explain, but she kept being rude. When I asked who the manager was, she said she is the manager, which surprised me even more because that’s not how a manager should treat people. She never apologized or tried to make the situation better.
Because of how she spoke to me, I decided to move out of my unit. I don’t want to do business with people who treat customers like that. Respect and professionalism are important, and I didn’t experience either here.
I do not recommend this storage facility to anyone. We are paying customers — not using the units for free — and employees like this should remember that their salaries come from customers’ payments. They should learn to respect their customers and take pride in their jobs.

Very restrictive on access hours. I pay $300 a month to only have access to my belongings when their office is open and they close at 6. I literally have to call off from work to access MY storage unit. Not to mention how bad they hound you and blow up your phone+email when you’re even a SECOND late on ur payment. Wont be renting with them next month.
