I had an amazing experience when I came in, Chris and Adrain were very helpful and attentive. I will definitely be coming back to this location. One one the gentleman said it was his first week working there and he's doing amazing! Keep it up. Thank you again Adrain and Chris

Nobody greets you. Nobody smiles. Just girls on their phones. Michelle the owner is a scumbag telling employees not to tell you deals because she wants more money. The managers family member Jon has been to prison and is a child mo-. They let him work here cause he's family. The goth looking girl that works there he has been grooming since she was a minor. This place is sick and the food is worse.

I see from other reviews that management doesn't respond to said reviews but imma be petty and write one anyways. Last night on 2/10, my hubby walks in and the place is empty except for 2 employees, both of them ignored him. The male employee was diligently cleaning so we'll let that slide, but the girl was just standing there not doing anything except ignoring my husband. After a minute or so he asks her "is he going to take my order, or are you?" So she does, and the whole time she's acting like she hates her life. He asked for mayo on my sandwich and instead of it being a solid row of mayo across the length of the sandwich it just does a little squirt cuz the bottle was empty. She acts like she didn't see that, he asks for more mayonnaise, she audibly sighs, pauses, and reluctantly says "okay", about filling up a mayonnaise bottle, as if it was a chore. He goes to pay and enter the phone number for the rewards and as he's entering it she interrupts and makes it go straight to the payment method. We checked our emails to confirm she did in fact skip it so we wouldn't get our points or whatever. And fast food workers want $20 an hour. LOL OKAY.

I don't usually post reviews, however I have been to this location twice in the past month and both times I experienced very poor customer service. The staff looks and acts miserable. They have no customer service skills at all. They are slow, unorganized and not friendly at all. The food was good and the bread and vegetables were fresh. I ordered a drink and decided to go with Lemonade, however when I got to my car it was water in my cup and not lemonade. I paid for a drink, for it to be water was disappointing. Not surprised to see very low reviews for this Subway location.

my friend and i ate here last night and walked in with the whole place empty. no greeting and we walked straight up to the counter and the two ladies working did not look up at us or acknowledge us at all. we stood there in silence for 8 mins just waiting while they focused on mobiles and everything else. overall, took us 17 mins just to get two sandwiches to go. definitely recommend going somewhere else especially for quality and service.

It's an okay store. The franchise in itself is good. The employees at this one are fine with making the order in front of you, but no matter what delivery app service you use, the order is always wrong. Driver says the package has my name on it which is true and its taped shut.Pros: come to the store to get what you want.Cons: change the store to a different location on your phone when using delivery apps.

Food is what you would expect from any other Subway. However, the prices seem different depending on the employee helping you. Came in about a week ago and bought a footlong sandwich, 3 cookies and a drink. Came back again and ordered just the sandwich I bought the previous time and somehow this time the one sandwich costs $4 more than the sandwich, cookies, and drink I got before. Didn't make a fuss about it but was a head scratcher for sure. Besides the strange pricing the employees seemed okay.

Normally it's really good. But this time and the last it seems the bread is stale and crumbles . Not pleased won't be going back. Staff are always friendly and store is nice. Bread used to be..Parking: Not bad unless your in a hurry and want to get in and out quick.

This review is primarily to compliment the employee George who served us tonight around 5:45-6pm. The food at subway is always decent for chain sandwiches since it's a franchise...but this server, George is what makes this a five star review.I arrived about 5:30-5:45pm tonight and there were two parties ahead of us ordering. George was working alone - no one else there with him which I felt so bad for him as it was "dinner time" (and sure enough it was getting busy). He worked efficiently and accurately on the two families before me. Polite but professional and I could tell even when it was getting busy in there he was maintaining control of the store and staying calm! Not letting the "beeping" of the incoming on line orders frazzle him or the door chiming as more people kept streaming in stress him out. He is a young guy so I am so impressed by his strong skills at such a young age! He finished their orders, cashed them out, washed up, and smiled, apologized for the delay and started my order. All still calm cool abd collected. I have a big family and was ordering six sandwiches myself...and sure enough about four to five other parties of 1-2 people came in after me. They were likely more frazzled than George was to see six breads lined up! ...And still no help for George, But he just kept trudging along making the sandwiches - with a calm and positive attitude and never let anyone or anything get him riled up! Everyone in line was all very kind and patient, I think we all recognized that it was unfortunate that he didn't have any help. That's not his fault. George exemplified what all employers would be lucky to have as an employee!I hope his boss knows what a GREAT employee they have with that young man.Ps - Seems the management/owner should be more aware that things get busy for "dinner" beginning around 5pm and maybe he should staff additional crew to start at 5pm instead of 6pm (when another guy finally came in).Especially in todays day with so many on line orders...there is no way one employee can keep up with a busy dinner rush and on line orders at a busy location like Target/river walk park.Anyway...if you see George working there - give that kid a thumbs up and a "thank you" ! Kid deserves to know his work ethic is being noticed!
