I ORDERED PICK UP...My sandwiches are EMPTY (light weight and flat) and the churros have no flavor at all which i didnt expect much considering its a churro sold at a subway but my kids wanted to try them haha.

I went here for lunch on a Monday 2/20/24 it was a little busy and I couldn’t help but notice how rude one of the workers was I think she was training a younger kid named Byron but she made that atmosphere toxic I couldn’t believe how rude & demanding she was to him the amount of stress he must have been feeling wasn’t going to make him work harder, faster, or more efficiently for that matter she has no respect towards him and you can see he was flustered. But definitely belittling him in front is customers definitely not cool. And. Some one needs a reality check everyone deserves to be spoken to with the upmost respect where ever it is your working!

Waited in line for 45 min with only 3 people ahead of me. Only 1 person working. Management needs to do better. Don’t come here if you’re on a lunch break??

This place use to be the best subway location back in the day. Use to come here all the time and I went yesterday. BUT..it’s always severely understaffed and always running out of products. Also staff does not know how to engage w/customers and gives rude looks immediately when you walk in the door. They’re EXTREMELY slow at making the food. I’d give them a pass on that cause they have only 2 people working, IF they weren’t rude on top of that. They never have enough of the Promo food like $5 footlong treats or subs. If you’re out of the Promo food please put a sign-_- Always a 20 minute wait for them to get done with 1 sandwich. As someone who’s worked in fast food this is NOT how things should be. Hope management does better or does a revamp on this locations manger & staff cause it continuously is getting more rundown by the year.

Ordered a foot long Turkey sandwich. Ordered Avocado with that. Was charged extra $3.00 or so . Didn’t get added to the sandwich ! Very disappointing.

They never have white bread on Saturdays. The manager with the dark hair is always rude. She always gives me dirty looks. I contacted the owner about the manager and they were just as rude. I would not recommend this subway. They are nothing but rude and are never prepared.

The ham was spoiled and when I asked the lady to exchange it, she was rude and told me that all of them were the same.

The food at this subway is incredibly delicious, and the workers take great care in preparing it. However, there can be considerable waiting times, particularly during lunch and late afternoons. It seems the restaurant could use some additional help. On the bright side, the restaurant, tables, and serving areas are consistently clean and well-maintained. The drink dispensers are always well-stocked and inviting. If you're looking for a healthy meal on the go, I highly recommend this subway.

This is literally the worse location in Bakersfield the service horrible my bread was super hard nasty I was so mad because I’m pregnant and I was craving a good sandwich I guess I’ll be trying to find a new sandwich artist ?

Came in to a busy subway while the hourly's are working hard. Manager came out 5 min later, stands by the cash register for 15 min doing nothing and sandwiches getting backed up while the line gets longer then decides to help afterwards. When she was attending me she seemed like she was high on something and kept getting my order wrong. Whatever manager was working 5/30/23 at 12:40pm..is trash. No sense of urgency.

The mobile pickup is ridiculously horrible!!!! Why order through the app if it still won't be ready when you get there. Even though it say its ready.

Understaffed!(4 stars for just sheer lack of employees, service was impeccable.)Stopped in after a long day to grab a bite, and there was a difficult customer ahead of me. There was exactly ONE employee working here (at the counter, anyway, not sure if there was anyone else because no one else came to help the guy out).Said customer was becoming increasingly pedantic and demanding as the Sole Employee (Korbin) scrambled to appease them with their large, VERY particular order. If that wasn't enough, more people began to pile in, and everyone was growing impatient. On top of THAT, two young men came in with attitudes and started whistling the Jeopardy! theme after only about a minute of waiting.Despite all of this, Korbin continued to smile and provide the best service he could, not skipping a beat even as the difficult customer continued to make changes to their large order. He didn't get flustered, he didn't get curt with anyone, he continued to do the best job he could. He even made a point of greeting everyone as they came in, apologizing in advance for the wait, despite any rudeness directed his way.This review is solely to remark on Korbin's performance (the stars are for the restaurant's poor management and lack of employees during busy hours, Korbin deserves 6/5 stars), which was stellar.TLDR: HIRE MORE PEOPLE, your turnover rate from stress must be outlandish! Korbin for the win!

Guy working in the back complains about how slow the guy up front is working but couldn't even help make a sandwich while people or standing waiting to order and online orders are standing around waiting to pick up.
