3-18-23Bought 4 pairs of Ray-Bans sunglasses from this location inside Macy's in 2 years. I keep losing or breaking them. Every time I come, I get great service!Exceptional service this particular time. It's a Saturday afternoon, and the weather is sunny 68°. Came in because I lost a screw in my glasses. Nathan was swamped. He did a great job managing the crowd and assisted everyone in a timely, consistent manner. Great customer service by Nate. He's exactly why I definitely recommend this location and Nates service to friends & family. My glasses look like the day I got them because of his cleaning.

Excellent customer service, and they had the same pair of Maui Jims that were stolen from my car...degenerates! I had tried a few stores, including Maui Jim's site, without success. I have a very slender face, so it's hard to find the right ones. Robert, the sales rep, was very honest about what fit my face and what didn't. Between him and my sister, we found "The Pair." I've had Maui Jims for about 15-20 years; they hold up wonderfully, and I'll NEVER switch brands. If I come into a few extra hundred $, I'll get another on standby! Thank you, Sunglass Hut and Robert, and his two female coworkers. I didn't get their names, but they were very helpful; they all went beyond! Needless to say, I'll go back.

George 740287 was our sales person and it was the worst serviced I had ever received at this location! For one he wasn’t willing to give us new glasses, he was trying to sell us the display, two I understand this isn’t a children’s store but reality is people have kids and some kids have sensory issues, he made it very clear with his constant huffing and puffing and his dirty look , he did not want my son in the store! We were the only ones in there with him! He gave very poor service. I give half a star

Wow! The customer service has really improved 100%. Robert, the gentleman that helped me was on it, starting from the greeting to everything in between. And the teamwork, wow! He asked questions and his coworkers were fast and happy to respond. Thank you! I appreciate your help. One of many pairs of sunglasses I’ve have bought at this store, I will keep coming back if this service continues. Thank you!

I’m floored on how much customer service I received from the team. The help I got from Chanel was wonderful. She helped me pick the right pair of sunglasses out. She was patient and gave me recommendations throughout my visit. I would go back only for her help. Please keep her. Good help is hard to find.

First time at this establishment. I purchased some Ray Bans for work. My supervisor said that type of glasses wasn't proper for our work environment. The next day I returned them, I didn't wear them, I didn't do anything with them except take them out to show my supervisor. Regardless to say, the gentlemen working said, that there was scratches and he couldn't return these, but he would make an exception this time. I do appreciate the return, but to make me feel responsible for something I didn't do wasn't a good feeling, especially with all the chaos in the world going on. But, he did return and the place is clean, sanitized, and the workers are helpful.

I purchased $217 Rayban sunglasses in 3/1/19. I'm not one to spend this amount of money on sunglasses but my sales person CHANEL told me I could return them within 90 days if i did not like them AND if I ever scratched them they would be able to buff them out for me. I ended up not like my sunglasses because they were to loose on my face and would slide down my nose or fall off if I looked down. I tried EXCHANGING them on 3/24/19, so only 23 days after my purchase. The male manger working on this night (the evening shift around 6 p.m) told me he couldn't do anything because they were scratched, so I asked if he could at-least buff the scratches out and he said that was impossible. I asked why his sales associate would tell me that? And he said "I don't know why or IF she would tell you that?" So do all Sunglass Hut "managers" accuse their costumers of lying?? The manager even told my husband "I don't really have to explain anything more to you." Nothing leaves a worse taste in costumers mouth than a RETAIL manager who treats paying costumers so poorly. If you would train your sales a** better they wouldn't have to lie to make sales. P.S. your shirt is 3 sizes too small you look ridiculous!!! UPDATE: message to Kandace who commented And you're more intelligent making a "rude" comment as well? Please tell me why I should do any extra research when sales associates are literally trained to give me correct Information about what I am purchasing? That is the entire purpose of their job. and the reason I had to message her back here and just hope she sees it is because she BLOCK ME as soon as she left her message yeah, "you're cool."
