I've had ads popping up on my phone for months now. I went in today to see if they could help. I was told it's an app problem and I would have to either reset my phone or go through each app. Handed me my phone back like I hadn't even spoken to them. My boyfriends phone won't charge, they never offered to even try and help. We asked about our bill, they simple pulled up our bill, said they have the cheapest rates and that's what everybody pays. We will be searching for a new phone carrier. Never offered to see if we had upgrades. We have had service 2 yrs now. I feel like they just didn't wanna deal with us.

First off i will start by saying this isnt an issue with the staff at the store, theyre great and very helpful. Now my main complaint about my experience here was the following. I went in to buy a new phone and planned on paying for it outright. The phone i chose had a retail sticker price of $168, when i was getting ready to pay i was told it would be $200+ and it was explained to me that if i buy the phone in store im charged a $35 fee. If i wanted to avoid this fee i could go online and order the phone for the same price without the $35 "Device Connection Charge".... It doesnt make since that im being charged this fee. If you do the simple math this is an additional 20-22% fee just for simply buying the item in person. They didnt do ANYTHING in the store other then hand me the phone and ring me up. How is it they are willing to take additional money from people just because they buy it in store vs online. And justifying adding an additional 20% fee

I came into T-Mobile the other day to switch over my service provider. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by a young man named Dion. He was very patient and talk to me through my options which turned out to be fantastic so I absolutely switched over and I added two lines for my children. Dion help me out with screen protectors and earbuds I left completely satisfied and have recommended this location in particular to a few friends!

Some Employees are rude and rush you, they make you feelNot important like if you are begging for what you paying forAnd if your payment is late they make it seem like you got no business asking for new product.

I had issues with my phone so I took it to the T Mobile on California Ave. All employees were busy assisting other customers. Wait time wasn't long at all. I was assisted by Tim Herman. He was so nice and very helpful. He told me what to do and come-back for further assistance. When I returned, Tim was at lunch so another representative helped me. He seemed to be having some difficulty resolving my issue. Lucky for me Tim returned from lunch and fixed my phone. Tim provided excellent customer service.

I canceled service with t mobile and was charged a lot of money for a small amount of time. The Asst. Manager Tim called corporate and stood his ground with one guy who kept insisting the amount was correct. Even though I am no longer a t mobile customer, Tim, fought for me to get a refund and I am, getting, one. Big shout out to Tim and Sophia. Thank you for all your help.

This T mobile had great customer service, All staff was working to help all customers as soon as they were walking in, Very attentive to making sure they can provide the service we were all looking for, I say this because I’m very observant! So thank you great experience!
