This has been an absolute nightmare with t mobile! I went in back in August to see about switching to t mobile from my previous carrier. I was assured she couldUnlock my phone to transfer so I wouldn’t have to buy new phones. Didnt happen. That okay not what I’m upset about. My numbers were already ported over to t mobile though before she determined the phones couldn’t transfer. Okay we are all human. Then she assured me that account was canceled. I went back to my previous carrier so they could reactive my phones and fix the situation. They did, now in September I had a charge from t mobile and in October another charge after I had went in store twice already to confirm this account was canceled. I had to go an extra step and report everything to my bank because t mobile was insisting I owed them money for services I never used because that line was never orginally canceled that very first time I was told it was. This has been such a hassle to deal with I regret even thinking to switch to t mobile. I only had to give one star so it would let me post a review. I’d give this 0 stars based on the original person who helped me.

The Latin looking kid who attempted to help me today was given I HATE MY JOB energy and the energy displayed in his customer service approach. He wasn't welcoming at all and dismissive. Maybe he thought I couldn't afford the phone I was looking at. Well I most definitely will not be returning. What is going on in this store , Ralph was completely unprofessional and told me the complete opposite information that his other helpful employee had told me the day before about updating my phone and tried to charge me an extra $250 ,I simply went to another TMobile and was greeted with respect and actually helped ,guess Ralph was wrong and I didn't need to be cheated out of an extra $250 HR OR WHATEVER PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS STORE it is completely ridiculous to be treating customers who have been giving you money for 10yr + to be treated like this they need to be retrained PLEASE do better

I can't believe we got charged 5 dollars more just because I paid our bill in person in cash and not on line. I guess tmobile likes paying their employees to stand around and talk to each other because that's what they always seem to be doing when I go in. We already pay way too much a month for crummy coverage. I guess this is the sign I needed to start looking for another cell phone carrier.

I recently stopped by this store and was helped by Jorge porting 6 phone lines and 2 watch lines from another carrier. Jorge broke the plan and overall price down throughly, and also made me aware off all the promotions active at the time. They paid off two of my existing contracts with my existing carrier (about $700) and also waived 6 out of my 8 activation fees because of the active promotions. I also decided to give T-Mobile's home internet a try as well since I'm in the process of cancelling my current provider for that as well. At the conclusion of the visit, I left with two new phones and the SIM cards for the other devices ready to go once they were inserted into the phones. So far the service has been great. Each place I've been I've gotten at least two bars with the ultra connectivity, aside from parts of Rosedale Hwy but from my experience all carrier service sucks on that road in parts. Plus, all their plan prices are INCLUDING taxes so what the price says is what you pay. I am been pleasantly surprised with the home internet. I have ran multiple speed tests and the download speeds have consistently been between 300mbps and up to 580mbps which is plenty for what we use it for and for less than the other competitors in town. My service and experience with T-Mobile is off to a fantastic start and I'm optimistic it's going to continue. And another special thanks to Jorge for listening and helping me in any and every way with my port transfer!

Terrible Service, will promise promotions then not process, charging your account, and basically say "oh well thats what not what the transaction shows" when I asked for a copy of the contract they were not able to provide on site. So just clear your calendars for the multiple calls you'll be making to get resolved by customer service.

My family and I decided to change carriers. We finally have 5 bars in our neighborhood even without connecting to our WiFi. I love T-Mobile!!! Jorge took care of us from start to finish. He was very professional and just easy to work with. We received so many discounts and rebates, we were very happy with all our purchases.
