Great service by the staff and great results with changing service from Verizon. I'm impressed with the service for my two phones and the Home Internet! 280 Mbps for $30 is no joke!

Drew was so helpful with us switching all our phones over and setting them up!! I would defiantly Recommend going and talking to him! We switched from att and are saving over $130 a month!!!

AWARENESS POST. I was scammed by associate Maria Arauz. She lied about being able for a trade offer, but my line was not available for the offer, which she did not tell me. I ended up losing my phone and still got billed full price for a new phone. After so much hassle, the assistant manager Jair Reyes did not want to take any accountability for the actions.

Had to call cooperate and let them know what’s going on with this specific location, seems like everyone is out of touch and have know clue how to have satisfactory customer service, hoping next time I go the customer service has improved as well as the manner we are attended, will be following up with cooperate if this isn’t situated next time I go.

This is so ridiculous. I was supposed to get a warranty exchange for my phone. It had already been approved. I had no more damage incurred after the phone inspection. DREW from T-MOBILE decided I wasn't authorized so he denied my originally approved request. I am out of my commitment so I will now consider going to another carrier.

My boyfriend and I walked in interested in having him switch his line over and begin a plan w T-Mobile. Sadly they didn't have the particular phone he wanted so we had to go to another location. We wish they would have had it in stock at this particular location because the customer service we received was amazing. (We didn't get their names sadly) but they were more than willing to go out of their way and check to see if it was in stock at a different location. I was more than pleased with their hands on attitude, I am sure that once he gets switched over- he will going to this location for all questions/concerns.

Staff was super rude! Went in with the intention to buy something! But before making a purchase i Asked him(unfortunately didn’t get his name ) if there was information on a certain device on my account! Right away said “NO!” What type of customers service is that! Since he had attitude and no CS decided to spend my money on a different T-Mobile !

Multiple times I have came to this location and every single time there’s been a total lack of customer support. The last time I came one of the workers didn’t even let me inside saying the system is down and there’s nothing they can do at the moment. Now that I’m here I’ve been here for over 20 mins and NO ONE. Has logged me in or asked me if I needed help. There’s a line of people besides myself and no one has been helped. They need new management and their staff needs help.

TMobile is a Company who is dishonest n lies to it's customers to deceive them. Be careful when they promise you. I will never recommend this company to even my worst enemy
