went to trade in from att to tmobile, the girl working was too busy worried about what her male coworkers were doing to make time to execute a full conversation on making that happen. too busy worried about taking "another photo" didn't even realize her eyelash was hanging off, won't be going back obviously.

Right when went in it was a lady in the front was not helpful at all was extremely rude. She looked like she didn’t even want to help us. I went to different T-Mobile the lady was friendly gave lots of help. For now on I’m going to a different T-Mobile. Do better on customers service.

From the beginning, the sales representative was very rude and did not want to help. She gave me an attitude from the very beginning. I will not be going to that store again. Not a way to do business. Going to try Verizon instead.

I went there to fix an issue with my Phone bill.The Team there helped me out by contacting the customer service department and explaining to them the issueJessica, Jesse answered Mau (manager) was Helpful, Professional and Polite I loved their customer serviceThanks T mobil for employees like them....

Been with T-Mobile for 18 plus years!! This T-Mobile has the rudest/Jessica customer service I've every experience at a T-Mobile!!! I'll never step foot in this store again!! Maybe they need a new manager!!

I went in to get a new phone and the employee Nik was extremely rude and confrontational in his dealings with me. I was told by another store and customer service that my sprint phone could be traded in, regardless of the condition( I had a cracked screen). He told me that the rules were up to "interpretation" by the store and denied me. He made an aggressive effort to explain to me why I was wrong and why he wouldn't help even after I asked him to stop so that I could leave. I called Customer service who agreed I was right and should be able to get a phone. So I asked them to talk to him. even after he talked to customer service, he refused me on a technicality that " they looked my account up a certain way that disqualifies me". Customer service called the store on Ming and they agreed to help me, but I didn't go because this experience was almost enough to make me quit my contract, even after 15 years with sprint. I spoke with 3 separate managers over the phone and no one has any resolution for me. In conclusion, I had to get my new cell over the phone and set it up. At the store level, I was left feeling betrayed and embarrassed and at the corporate level, I feel like another number. The follow-through and customer care are abysmal at tmobil/sprint and honestly, the next phone upgrade could be through another company.

Amazing service! Shelby and Will went above and beyond to help me with my wants and needs. Highly recommend coming here. I will continue to go out of my way to drive 25mins just to get there service.
