The staff at the Bakersfield Central store were incredibly friendly and helpful. I am usually able to find everything I needed quickly, and the checkout process is fast and smooth. The store was clean, organized, and usually fully stocked. It’s always a great experience shopping here! Although I would say that there are a lot of customers that make the experience not as fun. They leave trash, loiter, and bring an unpleasant environment when shopping.

I wanted Starbucks and the girl working was laughing with the Security guard and I thought they were just having a conversation because it was slow and when I got up there she said they were closed. About 10 minutes later I go and get a cart for my sister and the worker was giving drinks to people. Idk if it was pick up but people were sitting now and drinking their drinks.

They need more employees! Place is a mess, dirty. The dressing rooms were closed. Employees act like guests aren’t there. It took the employee covering Guest services/Returns over 20min to help us to tell me that they don’t do the “Cat & Jack returns anymore” at all/any Target stores when it’s still being advertised online and I just did a return the week before. The employee still had to nerve to roll her eyes at me. You’re probably better off doing a pick up ??♀️

Please Google!!! Some of us need the “less than one star” button!!!! This place is really disgusting! I don’t go there often because every time I go there is always a disappointment. They never have what the app says they have on display. So, I take my business to another place.

Maybe I’m being a Karen leaving this review but I don’t understand why they know how busy this target gets and they don’t ever have more checkout lanes open. I think target is more than capable of hiring a few more cashiers or the managers don’t schedule properly. Unsolved mysteries of target. ?️♀️

Decent location, sometimes has items out of stock when shown in-stock online. Fairly safe location and no salespeople to bug you while shopping is a plus.

I came here 3 years ago and I bought a tv. When I came home, open the box with my new tv. Then I noticed it looked different once I took it out of the box. I noticed it was Crack and had a different Logo on the t v. I took it back and spoke to the manager, and they accused me swap my old TV out for theres. When I all I did was open the box. I was Rob by them. I wanted my tv I paid for, and not the tv that someone their crew swapped at night time for their crappie tv. Got my tv after a few arguments.From what I learned from this experience to check your item in front of them. Open the box and make sure it's the right one.
