I called her store because I had a concern about an parking lot with tons of baskets everywhere and two baskets filled with black bags unknown nobody would pick up i don't know who's running in the store but it's horrible they're part of the problem with red baskets everywhere in our city. Without exaggerating I must have called the store like ten times nobody picked up

Double check your orders when you get them from the Drive up! Or better yet pick them up that way you can check your orders. To see if there’s any wrong with your order. I don’t think the employees care to check if the items are used or damaged. They will still give it you!

If I could give less than one star, I would!
Return policy on electronics, needs more flexibility. At least provide your customer with a valid receipt, so they can return unneeded items to the store.
I have a perfectly returnable, unopened product that I can't return. Because I didn't receive I a readable receipt.
And your customer service rep says I can't return it, Because the defective, unreadable reciept isn't within the return window. Even though I bought it less than 30 days ago.
But I can't show them that, because my receipt is unreadable!
I am very not satisfied with this!

I’ve worked retail at a big box store for nearly a decade before, and definitely know what standard customer service is. Tonight a Target employee was holding up the line to flirt with two young girls, the man was much older, and made eye contact with other guests waiting in line multiple times. Target should do better about teaching their employees that basic customer service skills doesn’t have to mean close contact and holding up the line, also apologizing to customers for the wait was something that was taught to me and I taught to other employees as well. I only had one item to buy and it was ibuprofen for my husband who was hurt after a fall and needed some medicine to help with his pain.

Target is by far the best store In Bakersfield. They always have the latest trends and best options on the market. There’s nothing they don’t have. All high quality products and reasonably priced.

Pretty straightforward: filthy, smelly and non functional bathrooms, clothes on floor and random carts and employee racks and baskets in random spots, customer service is lacking, constant tweakers and vendors hassling you for buying stuff at the entrance/exit, and the theft is really disgusting

There are usually really long check out lines, even for self check out, & usually there are only 1 or 2 people working actual cash registers.
