The most important reason for giving a 10 star rating the by far the staff. There has not been a time that the staff has not been pleasant! The staff are the reason so many of us customers return. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable at their job, they do not rush you, even when there are meny customers. Usually on my way to work in do Amazon drop offs and I don't have time to waste, I'm in and out fairly quickly due to the staff. I'm always greeted with a hello and a smile. They are what makes that store on Buena Vista great!

In all my visits, which have been over a dozen times at this particular location, staff is consistently friendly, professional, quick, and delivery, dependable.
This morning’s visit is no different. I was helped by “Sam” and she exemplified the actions as described above, elicited by each employee I’d encountered every time before; as such, I predominantly go to this location for these reasons… it’s a good little shipping store with well trained and pleasant staff.
Today’s business was dropping off a not so inexpensive item for shipment.
