I came to the store last week looking for a chick starter kit, but they were out :( .
An employee named Justin saw me looking and offered help, I didn't want to be a bother but within a few minutes he had put a kit together with different products from the store. I spent twice the amount of money than the kit, but I didn't care. He asked me questions to understand my needs, and responded my questions with knowlege. I didn't felt pressured to buy anything at all, it just felt like a friend helping another friend being sucessfull raising their new chicks. It was the best costumer service I've had in months. But I don't think Justin helps because he is told to do so, I think I was just lucky to find a wonderful human being who finds happiness being helpful. Oh, and the chicks are thriving!

we called the store this morning 03/22/25 to see if they had any baby chicks and to get more information, the girl on the phone had a disgusting attitude. all we asked was if they had baby chicks in stock, she hung up immediately after she angrily said no. didn’t even let us ask when they were getting their next shipment or any other information. don’t work customer service if you’re going to act disgusting towards others!

Called Sunday talked to a manager. Told him I would be there for a delivery Monday in between 11a-12p he said ok but our receiver leaves at 1p. I said I’d be there befor that he said ok. I show up at 11:30a receiver then tells me I don’t unload 3rd party trucks on Mondays so I don’t get unloaded. I knock on the door Tuesday 8am receiving hours are posted. Guy opens the door says she’ll be here at 9am. Try to call corporate number because this is ridiculous and get hung up on.

I walked in and felt very welcomed by all the employees and how kind they were. I would have gave a better rating if it wasn’t for one of the employees named Cam. He rudely ignored me when I asked for help and when he did talk to me he was extremely disrespectful. I think management needs to have a talk with him.

You first enter the store and you feel you are not welcome, there is no shopping carts, you ask for help and staff ignore you or say they are busy to help you. I won't not go back to this store, even I live in this side of this city, I rather go the store in Panama! Horrible customer service!

We took our 12 puppies (no we aren't breeders, things happen sometimes) and the vets at the mobile clinic were wonderful! They helped us keep all puppies organized with 5 different carts. They were fast and gave each puppy a wellness check and their first immunizations. Every Monday from about 5pm-7pm they have a vet clinic come out and give affordable shots ($51.00 each puppy). It was convenient and fast. I think this was way easier than going to the vet, I'm not even sure how I would enter the vets office with so many puppies. I definitely recommend their vet clinic. I would verify with store hours and days.
