Zero stars if I could. My husband and I made a reservation to pick up a trailer at this location and the morning of they decided to change our pick up location to somewhere in Wasco... half an hour drive! We had to waste an hour worth of our schedule just to get the trailer and drive back. We called and asked if there were any other locations in Bakersfield with a trailer, but they said no (hard to believe that there's absolutely not available in Bakersfield...)
