I've been to this store 2 times. Once to pick up a package. And once to drop off a package. Both times the 2 different, female employees, have been extremely rude and disrespectful. I think their upset about the added workload with the packages. So their trying everything to make people not come back. That's just my opinion, and the feeling they gave me.
When picking up, the female employee moved extremely slow, intentionally, then drop/tossed my package onto the counter, as if she had no cares in the world. And she continued to make snide comments in order to get the last word in. Very immature.
A week or so later, when dropping off, another employee refused to take the package. Amazon stated to mail it back as it came, in original packaging. That's how it was when she refused to accept it. I told her I would file a complaint. She had absolutely no cares. Try to avoid getting packages here. Or don't. They need to grow up and do their job. Or go get another job.
