I ordered a modem from T-Mobile I was told it would be delivered to me in 2-3 days I then was told by customer service that the UPS driver decided to not deliver it to my address and instead have myself pick it up here? What's the point of having employees that don't want to do their jobs I'm so disappointed like why do I have to pick it here when I was told I would be delivered to me?

It says the store opens at 7am on Saturdays
I sat there at 745am and no one is there
The employees next door from subway says the ups opens at 8am so I waited till 815am and still no one is there so what are the actually hours ?

on 4/15 both of the employees that helped me had great customer service very polite and friendly when I first arrived she was alone but still was happy and willing to help me I had just got turn away from another ups because she was alone so I was happy she was able to help she started my process then her coworker came and he finished it up this store was 20 min away from me compared to the previous one that was only 4 min away definitely worth the drive to get great costumer service

This location was very convenient. I was about 5th in line when I came in but the line moved fast. Something I bought from Amazon didn't work so I was returning it with a pre paid label. The transaction took less that 2 minutes and my box will be back at Amazon by Friday. Very happy with the end result.

The staff isn't super friendly, nobody acts like they care about the customers or their job. And I had to wait a few minutes while the staff did something else before they waited on me. But my packages got to where they needed to go and they offer mail box and other services in the store.

This UPS store is not the closest or most convenient location, but the staff here does a nice job. They have been very efficient and helpful each time I've come in to use their services. There have been no hassles or issues that I've experienced at this branch. Will continue to come back here even though they are not the closest location to home.

I would give negative stars if possible. We just received a box we had paid the store to package. They literally took the box we dropped off my deceased grandmother's favorite glasses in, a box with a note taped to the top asking that they take extra care of it, and put that box, open and untouched, into another box surrounded by packing peanuts. Check out the attached for details. Unbelievable. Please don't trust your shipments to this store. Worth the drive to the next place if you care about your shipment.

I didn't have to ship anything I actually came in to get my fingerprints scanned. When I got here the person that does the work was on break and the other worker told me I had 20 minutes and after I waited my 20 minutes she arrived with food and told me to wait 10 more minutes for her to eat. I just don't understand how this level of unprofessionalism could exist at a ups store like must not have a manager or anything make sure things get done.
