I sent a package only to have it arrived literally like if if it got thrown around and since I didn't pay extra for insurance for a box of chips they can't do nothing basically if you want your package to arrive in good condition coughup extra cash.

From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, we experienced exceptional service. We were greeted enthusiastically and helped fairly quickly. Rochelle went above and beyond, you can tell she loves her job. She was extremely helpful and patient as well since we were having cellphone service difficulties. She had such an amazing attitude and she made the experience very enjoyable with her humor. We don’t live near this location, but she made me want to return indefinitely for any future UPS needs. If you see this, thank you Rochelle, you are amazing! And she deserves a raise!!!!!

Haley, I just want to thank you again for helping me last Sunday at the White Lane and Gosford location. I needed to get a form notarized and faxed to the Kern County Recorder's Office and Haley knew exactly what to do to help. Haley was kind and courteous as she guided me through the process, and answer all my questions. Haley did a great job helping me, while managing the phones and other customers. She was very efficient in meeting the needs of everyone around her. We appreciate you, Haley.
