They have awful customer service. I thought I would experience the same customer service as the store on Panama Lane but u was wrong. They told me to print I would have to use the computer which is a $3.00 charge and if I email it to print it is a $5.00 charge. I was taken back because the store on Panama is always helping me print what I need. Then I printed and i needed and paid for legal size copies and they printed 8x11. They said that those printers do not have that paper. But it charged me for those copies as legal. I have the receipt. She then said I could email them. But it took so long and she was not coming back out. I could not wait as it was my lunch. I went here because it was close to my job. I was very disappointed in their lack of good customer service. I left paying and still need to go to a different place to print correctly.

Love the people there and Love there Service...in and out within less then 3 or 4 mins depends on how many packages you have to take in. They always Greet you when u walk in the door and always Thanked you when you leave the store. I only go to this location and this location ONLY.

I called yesterday at 5:45. I spoke with the manager She was very respectful and patient with me regards to my package she answered all my questions And I got my email updates about my package just as she told me but i Just wanted to say thank you again for being patient With me, I was just so nervous about my package. I have my birthday dinner this weekend, but I’m excited to pick it up tomorrow. Thank you so much again for your time. Have a blessed day.
