Recently bought new appliances for remodeled kitchen. Ivan was very helpful. Excellent listener and professional. Knowledgeable about different appliances and features of each. Made difficult decisions much easier. Installers were efficient and knowledgeable as well. Recommend highly.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at Urners.
Several weeks ago, we spent a full day shopping and ultimately placed an order for new sofas — a necessary purchase, as my elderly parents recently moved in and we needed additional seating. At the time of purchase, we were informed that delivery would take a few weeks, which we understood and accepted.
However, after two weeks without any updates, we began calling weekly to check on the status. It wasn’t until five weeks had passed — and only after we reached out again — that we were informed the sofas were actually out of stock.
This lack of proactive communication is frustrating. Our time is valuable, and the inconvenience of having to start the entire process over again is unacceptable. While we did receive a refund, this experience has led us to take our business elsewhere.

I ordered an electric dryer online with delivery. I specifically filtered my results to show me only appliances that were available at the Wible location. Once I place my order I received a text that my order would be delivered in a week. No other information. I followed up on the day before to receive additional information. I was told at that time it would take another 8 days to be delivered to their warehouse. I checked the day of to see if there was any additional updates since not hearing from anybody. I was told that it would be an additional four to seven days until the delivery was made to their warehouse. I was told it was the manufacturer that kept pushing the date even though I had ordered a product that was supposed to be in stock. I canceled my order and picked up a dryer the same day from a different company.

We had a fridge delivered after 2 days it wasn’t cold, ( not their fault)called Urners they brought a new one out same day. Thanks for the quick response

They advertise a spring Black Friday sale, up to 40% off. But when you ask what that sale applies to, their sale is “built in” to the posted prices that are clearly just the regular price.
Their sale is not a sale at all. False advertising.

I am disgusted with the service of this company Urner's, 4110 wible rd Bakersfield CA, the reason is that they gave me poor service on 2/19/25 I went to buy a stove and the salesperson showed me a digital stove, we paid the price that she supposedly asked for, we picked up the packaged item and when we got home it was a different stove than the one we had paid for. I called to be able to solve the problem. problem but after three days no one in that company could do anything to solve the problem, they have given us a stove that costs cheaper and is not the one we wanted, I express my disagreement for this inconvenience.
