Was a hassle to cash a cashier's check from Union bank. Customer service is minus 5 stars. I would never bank here looking at the line coming out the door. Either they don't know what they are doing or are understaffed.

They are taking over Union Banks which means taking people's money and splitting them between the tellers. I am being racially profiled at the US Bank in Bakersfield on Coffee Rd. I don't know why the tellers aren't letting me talk to any managers at the branch. I have an ongoing fraud issue that's easily can be resolved, but the tellers keep telling me that they don't have any managers at the branch. How can a bank function without any management? I have a feeling that the manager is teaching the tellers to tell me that so I can give up and the tellers split my money to each of themselves which is stealing customer's money. This is so unprofessional and it has to be because I'm middle eastern not white. I called the representative phone number and they said only the branch manager can help me with my fraud issue. So, I'm not understanding how am I going to get my issue resolved if tellers are refusing to guide me to a manager and not doing their job according to US Bank business standards.

Very concerned about safety of my deposits and transactions after they lost a 600.00 deposit of mine then took several days to return my full deposit. Then shortly after that their new and improved automated system posted all of mine and other customers tranansactions as returned including deposits. Today again a recurring auto pay was returned according to my call with their automated system. Call with a human said it was paid. That's 3 very concerning issues with them in the last 3 or 4 months and I am not done. I called to double check that they took coins as well as paper for forienge exchange, as my bank is 8 miles from my home. The lady at us bank called my branch (the only branch on coffee in bk) to make sure. She said yes they told her yes they do. I Drive downtown to exchange a few Austrian euros and am told they don't them. Questioned like a thug, my teller goes to inquire with the manager who just spoke to a US bank advisor on the phone less than an hour ago. She returns to our window and says They did not receive a call about foreign currency from any US bank employee. And I has to return home with my Euros. After also answering how I got them atleast 3 different times. This is how they operate. I only had less than 200.00. In Euros that my relative in Austria sends the kids. Oh they demanded to know where our relative acquired them also. Again like thug. Anyone have any recommendations out their. I need a better experience with money and banking.

Ms Ruiz was very helpful and patient with me, I was a few minutes late and she was helping someone else and she apologized for me having to wait. I was In and out of there quick (maybe 45mins or less to open an account and deposit check)

Went to get some information about business accounts and the person behind the counter looked like he did not want to be there, just handed us a bank brochure and basically called it a day, gave fast food service vibes.

THE WORST! I went to this bank to open an account and was told that they are "Very Busy & Make an Appointment" by Branch Manager (She was doing Nothing) 4 Employees, 3 Customers inside ? ?? Bad Joke!, So Glad I Changed My Mind! If you bank here it's your own fault, You've already been warned ⚠️ ? Don't Walk~Run

I haven't had a need to use any branch locations yet but I want to tell about my recent experience with their nationwide call center. All of our bank accounts were recently compromised, requiring my wife and I to close EVERYTHING and reopen new accounts. This included savings, checking, debit cards, the whole ball of wax. This is a daunting task to untie automatic payments from the old accounts and reattach them to new accounts. In the aftermath, we somehow managed to miss setting up the new automatic payments to US Bank for our RV loan. When we realized our oversight, we called to see what could be done and they worked out a payment plan to get us caught up (one payment behind) and chose not to report our late payment to the credit reporting agencies. The gentleman who helped us was kind and understanding of our plight and worked to do what he could to get us back on track without our credit being trashed in the process.
