Unhelpful staff. Refers you to other locations and refuses to serve you for even the simplest tasks if your address isn't downtown. Never had a post office turn me away for services, especially not living 8 miles away.

Don't bother getting your stuff shipped here. The worst post office in California. The lady on Friday was very rude and told me to come in Monday to retrieve my package. Well she deliberately left out the fact that Monday is a Holiday (memorial day). I hope she gets fired. I'm so fed up with this system being so flakey. Oh and get this the website and Google maps shows that they are OPEN TODAY!!! UPS all the way.

If I could give zero stars I would but I guess I have to give 1 star for this post office they the laziest lieing carriers I have ever seen when your building requires a key for entry this post office has a key to gain entry and a key to the managers office to leave mail and packages sometimes they leave packages on the street near the front door for anyone to take so you have to wait outside for the mail person to get your mail and if they see you waiting they will use the alley entrance (I don't have a key they say) just so they don't have to talk to you and when they are being half lazy they will leave packages and a bundle of mail on the counter in front of the managers office and lie and say they don't have a key for the managers office when you have witnessed them using their key for the managers office a hundred times what is with these post offices these days the workers want to get paid good money and they don't do their job or half do their job and when you call and complain the person that answers the phone gets an attitude I am just done with this office I hope someone sues the pants off of them one day

I love this place for 3 years so far through 2023 and more. I live 50 miles away in Lake Isabella up a winding mountain road and the post office people up there are very rude so I take a bus 1 hour each way in order to get my mail and these people are always nice. Then might as well go to Jack in The Box and maybe Walmart while I'm down there. But my mail and packages are very safe down there and they weren't in Isabella. In fact, when I asked Isabella where my slow cooker was that I ordered they yelled at me and said they don't have time to look for it and to come back in a week. The next day, 3 years ago, I went to Bakersfield, got my PO box and haven't looked back since.

Poor service poor delivery Poor response Poor communication Poor teamwork And they will believe a Carrier before they believe a receiver Might get junk mail and somebody else's mail in my mailbox but it's trash straight to the trash

Closed on Saturday with no drop boxes to be found. You have to find a place to park, which is difficult, and then climb stairs. Rude. Get drop boxes
