The dude that was working today, August 18 at 10 AM was very rude.was talking to people like they were stupid like if you’re that miserable working at a post office maybe you shouldn’t work there people go there to find out information if they don’t have it they don’t just come asking because they want to make your day worse or Try to be difficult. and which no one was being difficult with him they just had a few questions but he was being rude to every single person As soon as they opened it’s almost like he was mad that there was a line of a few people not you know over 10 but the lady who works there is very well mannered and nice. This person could use a lesson or two about customer service or a reality check

They dont answer the phone, its been over an hour. When I had gone in, as I stayed to finish paperwork, I kept calling, they ignored the phone, completely. The balding guy, upfront, takes his time and gets very chatty if youre a girl. They arent held to a standard.

Terrible service! Avoid if you can! The man at the front desk is so rude! Not just to me, but to everyone! I was in the back of the line, there were 6 people in front of me and he was so rude to all of them! My parents had the same experience on a different day.

Awful customer service! On 4/17, around 12pm, my wife & I went to get a new key for our mail box. We were initially told to bring proof of home ownership documents, we did, guy behind counter with major attitude says no we need Tax documents. We returned with 24 Tax documents, he says no property tax document. When we returned we saw another customer with loan documents requesting a key and was given the same wrong information & attitude.
I realize people make mistakes but this individual was argumentative, continuously interrupted me & was flat out rude.
If you need a new key go with both, property tax document & current document from your lender.

I had a very unpleasant encounter with a rude, racist, heavy set, black woman. When I asked to see poster 7 (rules and regulations for the post office, it's required to be posted in every post office? She could not tell me where it was and pointed to an advertisement poster on the wall saying there's a poster.

Let me just tell Miss Monica is AWESOME. I came to this post office today because it was closest to my job. I may never go to another again! Monica is knowledgeable, friendly, quick, and her laugh will bring joy to your whole day!

I have used this post office for about two years. I was always treated with courtesy & given good suggestions for sending packages. I am glad that this one & the other on Dole are conveniently located, otherwise we’d have to go all the way out by Pegasus Dr where there’s always lines.

I have been doing business with the USPS on Miner Street for quite a few years now. I have always been greeted with polite people. Most recently I was helped by an employee named Monica. She was very polite very informative and she helped me send my package in the easiest simplest most economical way and I really really appreciate the help I really appreciate people like that.
