The back up person in the Bulk Mail area is horrible. Susie is our regular staff person and she does a FABULOUS job. However when she goes on vacation her back up person has zero customer service skills and she does not have a clue about the business.

I tried to sent Apple Watch overseas and I don’t blame USPS for loosing my item and didn’t want to refund the shipment expenses back.I should’ve checked their review before going there.Will never go there again ever.

Trying to get my package which was shipped out from may the 5th 2020 and today is june 2nd 2020 cant get anybody to speak to about my packages.
