“Lynette was so helpful with my insurance claim. I went to Camino media and frank was so rude to me. He told me he's not taking my package and that he " doesn't know why everyone wants to bring their stuff here" then pushed my stuff to me and told me to go to Pegasus.”
“The clerks there are nice and welcoming people. The thing that I like most about this particular post office is that they work fast and effectively. There’s hardly a line when I walk in. I’ve went to other postal offices nearby and they’re slow; the line hardly moves.

“The atmosphere was very friendly. The employees were attentive and kind. Additional ssistance was provided for those in line for pick up/drop off only, which shortened the wait time in line for everyone. I was in and out in a good amount of time on tax day. Great over all experience for a trip to the post office.”
“Great to send mail knowing it's secure but the lady who works on Kentucky is a major "b". I thought the 1st time she was just having a bad day but nooooo, she's like that all the time.”
“I went in there for passport photos and was very impressed and how friendly the two ladies that were working the counter. I asked one just to review my application that I was going to mail in in I didn't have an appointment for that but I had an appointment for my pictures but she did so anyways. Make sure you give yourself enough time especially if there's construction that was my problem I left at 11:00 a.m. thinking it was going to be enough time but then there was construction and I was possibly 5 minutes 7 minutes late but they still took me for my appointment I really appreciated that”
“I'm giving 5 stars because the USPS is consistently reliable and generally delivers packages ahead of schedule. Also doing it to counter all of the 1 star reviews that others have given because this location isn't open to the public. You can't criticize it for not being what it's not intended to be. The post office for 93306 is on Crestmont. Go there if you need counter service.”
“Literally best USPS, everyone here is so kind and patient. I’m in there frequently and have never had an issue, I see them speaking to others with so much patience and kindness.”

Regarding the service, Mr. Juan is very helpful with all clients, he kindly tries to help as much as he can.
The other girls you just have to be nice to, they are also nice and it's like everything and at a certain time you get stressed at work but they are nice anyway or at least they try

“I had extreme anxiety coming to this post office because of all the reviews but I didn’t have a negative experience at all. My boyfriend lives out of town and bought me a new phone and shipped it to me. He didn’t put the correct address (forgot the apartment number even after I reminded him) and I went to double check that they weren’t holding it. The package got returned to sender but the address was an old address my bf no longer lives at (which was user error again). The guy at the front desk was really nice and helpful, he couldn’t give me the address due to policy but as soon as my bf recognized it he confirmed the address and even joked with my bf to remember to put the apartment number! Now we have to hunt down the package but the customer service was great.”

“I love this place for 3 years so far through 2023 and more. I live 50 miles away in Lake Isabella up a winding mountain road and the post office people up there are very rude so I take a bus 1 hour each way in order to get my mail and these people are always nice. Then might as well go to Jack in The Box and maybe Walmart while I'm down there. But my mail and packages are very safe down there and they weren't in Isabella. In fact, when I asked Isabella where my slow cooker was that I ordered they yelled at me and said they don't have time to look for it and to come back in a week. The next day, 3 years ago, I went to Bakersfield, got my PO box and haven't looked back since.”
