I hope the mail didn't get lost or sent back like the young rude male clerk falsely told me the first time it happened. I still kept the 2 Star ⭐ ⭐ for the original encounter with a different staff.
Update for 8/5/2026: I went to the post office to pick up the Hold mail on Wednesday since it didn't get delivered on Monday. I was greeted by Jason who was friendly and helpful. He immediately went to check in the back and returned with the mail that I was waiting for. He was very professional and courteous. I truly appreciate his help. It's great to know someone treats the customers with common courtesy and takes his job with ownership and pride like Jason is there. I really hope he's the regular full time staff there. What a difference an excellent staff can make! Thank you!
