They blocked my number and removing my review. They've been lying and having their carriers stealing a few of my packages lately. I haven't checked the mail for a day or 2 and they would have reported my things being stolen when it's not breaking into!! The mailman for my route has stolen 2 of my items on the 21st of July, and now recently a few of my packages on August 23!!! I checked on the 23rd only to receive more lies from my local USPS. I'm going to complain to corporate USPS and hire a lawyer about this. Because this is ridiculous!!!!! Whoever the mailman is on July 21 -22 and recently on August 23, 2025 at River Oaks, I pray and hope you and the management at the camino media, as well as the one on stockdale neae new stine people have been complaining marking delivered mail when people check right after it's there soon when it's marked delivered when it's not, I've posted this issue and have seen posts on the ring app and next door app about this and a lot of people are experiencing this as well. The usps folks needs to get fired. If you guys are admiting mail theft, then replace the mailboxes!! Pr try to catch the thieves usually from midnight to 6am, with someome who can catch them stealing at these times. Stop lying saying it's been theft, and also posting that packages that have been delivered when a lot of us check almost instantly or within the day before evening, but usually right after the mail carrier leaves, so we can see any malicious activities being done, because it's not in the mail boxes for packages I'm supposed to be getting during the day!! I literally check right after the mailman finishes delivering. This location and the other locations in the entire city of Bakersfield is responsible for our mails getting stolen or marked being delivered when it's not there. This is an organized crime theft going on and they are marking our packages delivered when it's not in the mailbox. No wonder people can't trust USPS these days because you guys have been receiving many reports of theft these days. FBI NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS or a private investigator. I had another package stolen or lied about being broken into on Saturday August 23, 2025 when I checked right after the mailman delivered! This is not right! Something f needs to be done.

Decent service when you’re sending out orders through services like Ebay, Mercari, etc. Those are the only times where they truly take accountability for your package. Never ship things out using USPS on your own though. They lost a package I sent out before even making it out to travel, and customer service sends me through a frustrating loophole of automated messages.

The atmosphere was very friendly. The employees were attentive and kind. Additional ssistance was provided for those in line for pick up/drop off only, which shortened the wait time in line for everyone. I was in and out in a good amount of time on tax day. Great over all experience for a trip to the post office.

They are holding my package hostage
It’s weird bc they had two of my items i received one LATE not a huge issue really didn’t bother me however the package I was really wanting is still there it was dropped off and never moved since however it was scanned in the building by a employee I just want my package I don’t care if it’s late but not moving at all is ridiculous

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I was expecting packages 📦 PRIORITY MAIL and all said delivered ! NEVER RECEIVED IT. So frustrating that USPS tells me they can do nothing about it. Saying they got stolen or broken into however I live across the street and speak to all my neighbors and all have been complaining that it is inside job about items being stolen . What a coincidence only the packages or when it comes to money these items never get delivered but the coupons for fast food or unimportant mail is always in the mail I doubt the supposed thieves have time to pick and choose what they take and what they leave . I also left the mail person a note to please call me and the issue and they didn’t bother they just took the note .

Luis, 5 star customer service!!! I was expecting a package and status was showing as delivered in parcel box but carrier forgot to drop me the key. I contacted the USPS and Louis was quick to attend my concern and I had my package delivered within the next hour. Thank you Luis

This is not the post office I normally go to, but they were open on Saturday. I went in on a Saturday and they were busy. I must say, all of the staff was punctual, friendly, and very well mannered. It was the first time I’ve had such a good interaction with a post office. I would gladly drive to this post office again just because of my experience.

((the issue is tape)) On my home from work i stop at UPS, drop off Amazon returns all smiles and they even tapped up a box for me. Right after i head to USPS. I'm going in to drop off a small package, they recommend i add some tape to my box. Which by all means it did need some. But they go ahead and say they can't tape it for me. I need to buy a new roll for the 3 strips of tape I need. $5 bucks lol after i was done i walked to their center isle table and placed the roll of tape for their customers who need it. Lol you're welcome USPS for my forced donation. Idk why the well paid employees here act so entitled, better to bite the bullet and pay extra to UPS for their services.

We lost our mailbox key and after looking everywhere not being successful we decided to notify the post office so they can hold our mail and we can pick it up. I went into the post office to have them replace my lock and Stephanie requested proof of address. We provided Driver license, lease agreement, car registration, utilities bills and this lady still refused to let us change our lock because our lease agreement was on month to month and she wanted us to call the landlord and make a new lease agreement. The next day I went to pick up my mail she said I’m not giving you your mail because you’re not doing anything to fix the issue. I told her I already provided my real ID and proof of address I don’t know what else to do. Stephanie was rude and told me she was going to send all my mail back to the senders and when I went back to speak to the supervisor to request my mail he said we had no mail for us. My mom is very critical right now and we been waiting for approval letters and now we don’t know if my mom can get treatment. This Stephanie lady was rude to clients and doesn’t care about customer service. I hope the person in charge of this place investigates this lady because we don’t need her in our neighborhood working and being rude to the people that bring service and that’s how she gets her income.
