Customer representative was very pleasant and able to explain the item purchased. We purchased wifi/internet. It was so easy to set up.

They SUCK!!!
They are out for your money.
They told me my phone probably couldn't be fixed, talked me into adding another "free line and free phone".
It cost me $180!
I went to "YouBreakifix" and they fixed it in 15 minutes.
Returning new "free" phone!
Now they say they can't send me a return label to my address, yet they did in December for my old phone!
I HATE VERIZON!!

Alondra was awesome! My mom and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us! She was very genuine and attentive and made our whole experience very easy! Next time we go back we are definitely requesting her and will be recommending her to our family & friends!

Avoid this location at all cost if you are trying to place an order for same day pick up. Please review recent reviews because they are up to date on how this store & management operates. This store is filled with lame , lazy employees that make you go half the mile for wireless services that you have had over SEVERAL of years. Maybe nothing to do with Verizon in itself but the incompetent management team. Never had an issue Verizon in California Ave & Ming Ave. All in all they made me want to switch services.

Between Morgan and Eddie I had an amazing experience at the Mt. Vernon office and the Rosedale office on coffee. Morgan went above and beyond to help me and I can’t thank her enough. Simply the best experience I’ve ever had.

Staff is very unprofessional, ordered the new iPhone 15 and when I time after the phone came in I went to pick up EDDIE insisted that I come in on his time when he’s at work or they will not release me my phone? I’ve neverrrrr heard of this . even if we work on the same days which means without him at work I cannot get my device ? Why is it that their time matters more than mine ? So today after another failed attempt at picking up my device I’m switching back to Att Between the customers service and the service in general it’s not worth the headache. (Also asked for their Managers information and after being told no and offered the store number multiple times I was given an email )
