Lorena was so helpful! She was able to not only help me upgrade my phone, but in the process she also helped fix all the lines on my plan to help save us money. Best experience at a Verizon store in town.

I was not excited to go into a Verizon store given I have had very bad experiences in the past. But as soon as I walked in I was greeted by an employee named Heather. I came in an hour before closing after working a long shift and I was stressed. I was that super annoying late night customer. I had a broken phone and unfortunately it wasn't an easy fix but they where amazing, patient laid out all my options and took their time with me as I took forever and had a million questions. Professional to the point and adaptive to the customer. This is an amazing standard to be set and upheld. Thank you so much team for helping me.

Alondra was nothing short of amazing. We had so many questions, and she was patient with us and gave us details on every question! She has a great personality and was very personable. Verizon experiences can be treacherous, but she made it so enjoyable that time just flew by! Great location. We would never go elsewhere.

I normally update my phone at the company store but this time I decided to try the Verizon retail store on Stockdale. Daniel was extremely helpful and worked with us to make sure we got the best plan for us. He also was a great help in getting everything moved over to the new phones. We did not feel pressured in any way

My name is Derek. The Verizon store on Stockdale Highway is the best Verizon store in town. Lorena helped assist me and I cannot speak highly enough of her. She was absolutely amazing and helped me with everything I needed. I highly recommend requesting Lorena if you decide to visit this Verizon store.

Ordered phone online for store pickup and was told it was in stock on MyVerizon. Drove Roy the store, waited my turn and was told they did not have my phone that it would be shipped out to the store, and later the same afternoon got an email saying they cancelled the order since I did not pick it up.

Amazing service!Edit: I wanted to add that Lorena’s customer service was OUTSTANDING. She had a lot of patience with the transfer of all of our phone lines (7 devices!!!). We ran into a few hiccups because technology is unpredictable, she had a few walk ins too in all this, and to boot we both thought an hour before closing would be a decent enough time. I can’t thank her enough for how easy this was as the end consumer. I came in trying to have as much set up ahead of time as possible, and it did not workout how I had hoped. BUT, I love the switch from another carrier so far!

After having problems at a different Verizon store, I was sent to Lorena at the Riverwalk location and she was amazing!! I will be doing all my business with her whenever possible.

John sat there and told me he was going to throw in stuff for free, Stuff I didn’t need or want. I bought a 60$ privacy glass, and he said he was going to throw in the camera lens cover for free. Check the invoice and he charged 30$ for that. I didn’t ask for it, I don’t even like it given it makes the phone more bulky. I’m assuming he did so after I declined to buy the Verizon Usb-C charging box. Very shady.
