I get the same deli meal almost every day and tonight the lady working says they do not do the wings as a meal. She said this came directly from her boss. Now I will drive 2 miles to another store to have the same meal I always receive here. Needless to say customer lost for this location. The worse customer service ever for a Vons Deli.

A nice little Italian establishment in Santa Clarita. Great food at a reasonable price. Great portions and their staff are on point. They will do what they can to give you a positive experience. Try the chicken parmigiana. The chicken is very tender and tasty.

I shop at Vons intermittently. When it comes to meats and deli I feel are a better quality than your competitors in the area. I don't always shop there because of the frustration of sales and digital coupons. They suck. More people get frustrated with this than you know. I struggle with it at times myself. If you have a card it should give the price. You're making shopping complicated. So I don't shop there much

This is one of the best grocery stores in Bakersfield. It's always clean and fully stocked. They have the best meat, fruits and vegetables. Yes, they are pricey, but if you want quality over quantity then this is your store. From the time you walk in until you walk out there is always someone saying hello or can I help you find something. OH!, I also like the self check out, very convenient.

This older gentle man that watches over the self check out is unhelpful and rude. He needs to be replaced by someone who can assist customers

First time there, as soon as I start walking to the door, a Latin walking towards the shopping carts sees me then hurried to the carts and stayed in one spot until I got in the store. Once in store I see two white employees looking at me with disgusted faces so I turn to them and say, "would you like me to put my backpack somewhere?" One rolls his eyes turns his head then turns back and says no it's ok. I ask for the frozen food section he directs me but once there I hear not carts to shop but a restocking cart. So with my hands behind my back fingers interlocked I turn to go to another area. I see him he puts his head down and quickly pushes his restocking cart to about 15 steps away from me. Watching Me like a hawk. I go to veggies, but whilst I walk there I see a black guy very tall very long jacket. I see his face and he was locked on to me with a very disturbed looked. I just gave the head gesture of greetings turned my head and continued shopping. I guess because I had a H&M jacket that I bought while living in Germany not long. Regular sized with a hoody under exposing the hood. I think to myself I don't know you nor have I ever saw you yet you are offend with me being in the same store. Guess the type of black that wants to be the only where whites and latins are welcome. Well whatever. An hour before close. Security while walking towards front door passed me slowly. As soon as I come out he passed me again slower because I was kneeled down with my back towards him placing my just purchased groceries in my backpack with the receipt right next to me. Back to the inside. So when I come to the counter to pay, after I pay I grabbed my stuff and an employee the bagger says you forgot your chicken, I say thank you for telling me. With an attitude he says it's my job, not you're welcome but it's my job. One of the same white guys looking at me hard when I first come in. I just think so I should say thank you to any employees for they are just doing their job. Just so happens I don't reach for cash or ebt or even a card, but as always I used my Apple Watch Apple Pay. Not the standard but the Nike watch addition. They seemed offended that I paid wisely not commonly. Apple Pay does not reveal true numbers but auto generated number, not sharing your info with merchants. Plus the watch $500 I believe but each outfit I wear I match a different Apple Watch and not just the bands. So beat up shoes because I'm not going to put on my nicer newer shoes while on my motorcycle. It's late no beauty contest. Never understood why people wear their Sundays best to shop. Scratch my head. So if you wish to judge me...come to MY HOUSE. I wont let you in but I'll open my garage and show ALL TITLES with receipts so you'll know what's in my garage cost more than most peoples house never financed always first and only owner off dealership floor. Even cops when I call them on my neighbors always say, "YOU HAVE A NICE COLLECTION." So is it my skin or my cloths. Because since moving to Bakersfield all I face is hatred store to store 98% of the time it's the employees. I say you're always in the same outfit whether washed or not, you see hundreds of people in a day spending money while you waiting to get paid. You can judge all you want but to no effect. Once again come to MY HOUSE. I'll give the deed to read. So racist still exists just not as aggressive or as verbal in public spaces. I mean if the black guy gives me dirty looks while he shops more than once there is a problem with society. My bill was $50 just got two packs of chicken two packs of vegetables with the dip included dill flavored and a water. Late night snack. So I figure I'll go in expensive cloths the next time with matching accessories but the reason I only wear bum old cloths is because EVERY store I go to by customer service I'm called snob punk @zz rich guy. EVERYWHERE! So I dress like a bum with European cloths and vehicles some under a year old. Then at the register on tab

Why 1 ⭐️?Because:The prices are high, the lines are long, the employee shortage (just ask the employees how exhausted & frustrated they are), lack of knowledgeable representatives with regards to daily/weekly sales and conflicting or confusing app for both internal and external customers.Don’t get me started on the unhealthy management. But, to be fair, the renovations look great. I can only conclude this was what the owners were trying to accomplish. The rest is not important to them as evidenced.I shopped here this last time for an office lunch run, store is near my company and I was short on time. I intend it to be the last time.Recommendation:Save your time & money and shop at many of the alternatives BAKO has to offer.
