The facility is clean and well organized. Service, not so great. I went after work, so around 5ish. There were very few people working there and only one patron in front of me. She was chatting with the cashier, showing her vacation photos. They both saw when I got in line and carried on. They kept talking and swiping through their phone as if I was invisible. This lasted at least 10 minutes! Another patron arrived and they carried on, the guy that was also in line was giving me "what the heck is going on" looks. The cashier and person finally wrapped up their conversation and she left. The cashier said maybe 3 words to me and sent me on my way. I have now transferred my prescription elsewhere.

I waited on the phone on hold for 20 minutes, did not attempt to assist me with my needs, I had to call my case manager for help and customer service is poor, constant miscommunication on their part and when they tried to cover up their mistake the employee revealed their error. When I exposed her she disregarded my comment and attempted to end the phone call. Not surprised though it appears to be going on everywhere!

Constant issues with my insurance and delivery. They refused to deliver one of my medications and claimed it could only be sent on Wednesday, well past when I need my medication refilled. This is after almost a week of not delivering my pills. I'm now completely out of medication and my mom is probably going to have to pick up the pills instead. The sheer laziness, after we called every single day to remind them to deliver the pills is astounding.They constantly create issues with CVS Caremark that I have to deal with.

This WALGREENS PHARMACY is not for all of "US"! This is the second time they have altered the Dr's prescribed dose and decided if I could pay for the CORRECT DOSE or NOT. I was told my script was altered due to insurance issues,, BUT NEVER ONE TIME DID ANYONE TELL ME THAT.. They told me to cut pill in half...Even when it CLEARLY states, when you look the medication up to NOT CUT OR CRUSH! When I brought it to the pharmacist attention, she asked, "WHO TOLD YOU THAT" When I told her, she said, "Oh, oh well, yeah insurance doesn't pay for it....TELL ME THAT! LET ME DECIDE WHAT I SHOUKD DO! DONT TELL ME TO CRUSH OR CUT A PILL THAT SHOULD NOT BE CUT OR CRUSHED DUE TO THE RELEASE IF MEDICATION MAY CAUSE ALLERGIC ISSUES! ...THAT DID IT FOR ME! ILL BE TRANSFERING ALL MY MEDICATIONS TODAY!..And the newer RUDE chick with the glasses at the counter made it ever easier to do.
