Worse experience going through drive thru pharmacy. My Rapid NAAT covid test was scheduled at 9:45am online. The drive thru window does not open until 10am. So, I waited. Finally a tech comes to the window at 10:04am just to tell me its going to be a 10-15 min wait because they have to get things ready. I let him know my appointment time was at 9:45am he said, the system hasn't updated their hours so that is an error. Then he comes back to tell me my rapid "get your results in 2hrs test" system isn't working well and I may not get my results till next day. WTH! Finally at 10:30ish I was giving the test, almost an hour after my scheduled time. Its Monday So far, I have not received my results... waiting

Ordered a banner was going to be ready at 3 but I called store to see if could get done sooner. Was told they were short staffed but would get it done. Was able to pick it up early, appreciate the great customer service from Christine

I've been customer to this Walgreens pharmacy department for about 4 years. They have the worst customer service ever. Technicians are very rude and unprofessional, both in the store pick up or drive thru. It has been like this always. They don't even know their regulars. They talk to you like a you're stupid or something. Waiting for 20-30 mins is another story. Today, there were no line in the drive thru, so I decided to pick up my son's prescription. Once again, technician Kathleen or Kathryn threw the prescription thru the window, and left. No basic ethics of "bye", "thank you", or "have a good day". Obviously, she doesn't care about her job or the company. I'm done doing business with this store, I rather drive little further to other pharmacy and have good experience.

This is 100% directed only at the pharmacy. Would give zero stars if I could. I have never gone to this Walgreens and not had there be an issue. The employees in the pharmacy work so slow and the line is always at least a 30 minute wait. When I have time to binge watch a show during the pickup line, there's a problem. Every time I go they ask if I want my medications on auto refill, they call me and ask if I want them on auto refill, the app asks me if I want them on auto refill, I say yes to ALL of these. Yet somehow my medications never auto refill?! The pharmacists are always rude and inconsiderate. A few months ago I was in line and a woman was complaining because she had to take work off to get her moms medication because her mom can not pick them up for herself and the pharmacy hours are no longer 24hrs (which was the only benefit of coming here). She had an issue because walgreens had called and said the medications were ready the day before so her mother took an Uber to Walgreens because it was an urgent medication. When she got there they were not ready. So after this lady takes off work the next day, drives down to Walgreens, and waits the usual 30-45 mins, the pharmacists tells her that her medication has been restocked and since it was close to closing they would have to wait until the next day. Normally I wouldn't judge a business off of hearing someone else's experience but after my MANY terrible experiences here and then hearing that story, it's just been enough.

This is the only 24/7 Walgreens in the area so definite stars for convenience! After all, emergencies don't have set hours so neither should Pharmacies! Walgreens is a favorite place where I get my herbal remedies besides vitamin shoppe! I love how many different types of stuff they have and I also love the Walgreens brand Toilet Paper! It's easy and convenient and the cost is so worth it! This is where I get my Tuna and cracker kits that don't require mayo! I love the salt and pepper Tuna kits! It's easy as a quick meal for myself and comes with a Carmel. Since stopping dairy or limiting it at least, I have lost weight and my breathing spasms in the middle of the night has decreased! That's how I figured that was my problem! I like how much thinner I feel overall. I also love Keto protein powder they sell here! I am sure it also has been having an effect on my weight and overall health! Definitely a decent place and some of them aren't as good as others but this location never fails me! It can be busy at times though so do figure that, mostly on the weekends! And the Pharmacy is hit or miss. Sometimes they are busy and other times, you get through in no time! Just depends on who is working and how many other people need prescriptions at the same time. I love that they do covid vaccinations! So far, this has been the place we went for all vaccines and our booster! Not this location in particular but Walgreens as a whole, starting while we were still in Michigan! I am happy to have at least one place I can rely on all hours day and night! You should too, never know when you'll really need them! The 5 star is for this location in particular! Thanks guys!!

Horrible customer service. Beware if you go to the pharmacy, be ready to wait at least 30-45 minutes to get our meds regardless of how many people are in line. I've gone to several other pharmacies in town and absolutely no where takes as long as Walgreens. The worst part is, after waiting so long, you speak to someone who is rude and unhelpful.

Zero care for customers. They don't care how long you wait in line, how long you stand around waiting for them to unlock something and how incredibly lazy 90% of the employees are. They have 2 good apples there. That's it. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

I had hip replacement surgery. My injury was covered by Workmans comp. Walgreens made me pay for my meds the first round the second round my prescription was not filled for 3 sleepless and painful nights. They didn't care when I confronted them about their blunder. I'm moving my family's RX to Rite Aid from now on. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I had to mark one star to post I wish yelp allowed negative stars.

I was in the pharmacy and was advised I could buy a medication plan for my dog. I did. One med went from $143.50 to $22.50. The first time my vet tried to send a prescription in they couldn't get it. Turned out the paper in the fax machine was out about 3 days. I need a refill. My vet sends in a prescription refill. Walgreens notifies me it was denied. I call the vet. They do all over again. Again they said the vet denied the prescription refill. The staff was rude when I called and just blamed my vet. I called first thing to give them the vet's fax number as they didn't update the file the first time. My vet notified me they will no longer work with Walgreens. I can't blame her as it is a fight and no one has time for that. I called Rite Aid. They advised they will try all available coupons to try and get costs for pet medication down. I will be transferring my prescriptions as well as Walgreens is not worth the long lines or rude staff. Their pharmacy hours were recently cut back. Was a drop in customer demand a factor? After all this, I have to wonder. I recommend going to another pharmacy to save your sanity. I'll be moving on as well.

Two issues in one visit. First, the poor guy ahead of me was skipped after waiting 10 to 15 minutes and he drove off in anger.. I've actually had the same thing happen to me as well so that isn't a one time occurrence and when I pulled up, I noticed it was in fact the same older gentleman that had done to me in the past. I pulled into his place and yup, he had been skipped, I waited another 10 minutes or so then I was told that I needed to wait for the pharmacist to finish her break because my prescription required that I speak to them first, that's fine, I've had that in the past.. Except 7 minutes go by and I was asked to confirm my address and I was told the instructions are detailed enough to call if I had any questions, with no apology for the random additional wait that apparently didn't need to happen. I think the older gentleman just can't handle the drive through chaos. It's unfortunate because the patients suffer for it.

Having to deal with this pharmacy is almost worth moving again back to the other side of town. I have never had so much trouble getting my medication, it is absolutely insane. The other day the male pharmacy tech argued with me about filling my script, that I have been trying to fill for three weeks. It's still not filled.

If only I could give 0 stars on this app. I would definitely do it. The store itself isn't bad, it's their pharmacy department. Every Walgreens have different stocks of their vaccines and you NEED to make an appointment beforehand. The vaccine I needed is a 3 series so first shot, come back a month after for the second and 6 months after the second one. First vaccine: made an appt and came on time. waited 30-40 mins with 3 people in front me. 1 pharmacist on staff the time I went. Second vaccine: made an appt and came on time. Waited 30 mins with 4 people in front me. Now, the pharmacist had the audacity to tell me to reschedule because he won't be able to do and there is only 1 pharmacist on staff. Now, my question is... how come the other pharmacist was able to do it with only her on staff but you can't? WTF. WHAT IS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU DONT DO IT ON THE DAY I MADE THE APPT? Also, while making me wait the entire time to just tell me that. Then proceeded to tell me to come on a Tuesday between 2-4. Don't they ever think that we do work and have jobs. THIS IS WHY I MADE AN APPOINTMENT because I can work my schedule around it. Well, obviously, I couldn't make it and nor did I have my paper for them to be signed off with me on that day. So, I had to reschedule during the weekend Rescheduled appt: I came back during my scheduled time. Waited for 50 mins and was seen. This pharmacist giving me passive aggressive comments that I came on a "bad day" because there was only 1 pharmacist on staff. NOT MY DAMN PROBLEM because I scheduled my appointment and came on time. I refuse to come back here but unfortunately, I need to get my last vaccine to complete it in 6 months and this is one pharmacy in town that has the vaccine I need. This pharmacy is terrible, very unprofessional and need their attitude checked out. I get that you're busy but it is part of what you do to provide vaccinations and still part of your service.
