Perhaps I'm being too generous by giving two stars because they don't answer the phone and have the medications ready when they're supposed to be. Many times I had to come back later even though I get an automated attendant saying it will be ready.

Heaven forbid you need to call the pharmacy to get information. Maybe have someone who doesnt have such a hard accent answer the phone. Seems like she was irritated because I could understand her well.

To whoever was working tonight at 9:03: I waited in line at the pharmacy for over 20 minutes, and despite being the last person in line, you closed the curtain on me and refused to let me pick up my prescription. This is unacceptable. Because of this, my dad now doesn’t have the medication he needs for tomorrow or the coming days. I’m very disappointed by this negligence. If I am in line before closing, I expect to be assisted, especially after waiting for about 25 minutes.

This is strictly for the pharmacy. Im a vet and i have to pay outright for my meds. Not only did they help with the cost but they pushed my medication so i could get it quicker. The whole pharmacy team was kind especially Melissa. They made a tough day easier to bare. Keep up the wonderful work!

This is one of the worst walgreens in Bakersfield. I've gone to others.. and never had such bad experiences. I was using this walgreens because it is closest to where I live and it's suppose to be convenient for me right ? Ha no.. it takes me so long to get refills. I call.. they pick up and hangup.. I even utilized their app to keep up to date with my prescriptions .. and refills.. they are always behind , late and slow .. also attitude from employees when I'm asking why is my order still not ready when it's 2 weeks behind !
***I found a better pharmacy on Mt. Vernon : it is called "CareOne pharmacy" .. if you want a good pharmacy on Mt. Vernon.. then switch to them.. they are fast and reliable and accept many insurances******

I don’t understand why this store is still open. Can’t pick up a prescription without waiting longer than at the DMV. Nothing is stocked because the store is probably stolen from all the time. Staff it better or close it

this pharmacy is a joke. had me waiting for a whole hour just to tell me they have to get clarification on a prescription from my daughters doctor. went back after work to pick up the prescription and waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes when there were only 4 cars ahead of me. now I'm on the phone trying to ask the pharmacist a question and all they do is answer and say "please hold" then hang up after 3-4min. I'm over it

Some of the ladies that work at the pharmacy are absolutely rude and have a nasty attitude. Called 2 times so the can transfer a prescription that my son REALLY NEEDED to a different pharmacy and the never faxed them back. Never again going back there .! Both times I called they yelled , laughed at me and hung up! ?
