This location is the closest one I use. There were two (2) that were closed for various reasons. I enjoy coming here and I want to show appreciation to the cashier MARK who is always welcoming and helpful. Thank you for the great customer service you provide!!!

No concern or taking care of the customer/patient. If an item is over the counter they will cancel the order from your doctor and leave you hanging. This has happened more than once here. Then when you show up to complain it’s your fault. They need to close up with the patient and the doctor. The patient needs their medication or an explanation of why it can’t be filled out of courtesy. First thing you do is taking care of the customer. Not at this pharmacy.

It’s always nice to walk into Walgreens and be greeted And acknowledged. Today I noticed two different faces, Michael and Gabby. They were very helpful and courteous.

recently shopped at Walgreens on Gosford, my mom and myself. We had a great experience with Der. She was really really nice and help us find everything I had highly recommend to anybody come and shop. She's a real person and very very nice.

Spoke with a pharmacist named Jason I'm always nice, I also work in the medical field and deal with lots and lots of patients even people who have attitudes but never in my life am I rude to them but this guy just cause he is a pharmacist is really rude so let me tell you my story What happened so yesterday I talked to the machine to refill my prescription and it said it will be ready in one hour. Today's a new day and I called to see what's going on with my prescription and the machine said it did not have my prescription so I wanted to speak with the pharmacist I was with no attitude. I was not mad or anything like that. and as soon as this, Jason pharmacist answered the phone he answered rudely he said how can I help you in an attitude already and I said hi good morning I wanted to see what's going on with my prescription because.........and then right away, he cut me off without letting me finish my story and said who is the patient and I did not hear him at first I said what and he said who is the patient with a major attitude and I told him my name and then he said there's nothing in here and in a attitude again and I was still be nice and I told him OK well, I do have the prescription number and he right away he said what's the prescription number and attitude and I gave it to him and then he said it will be ready in one hour and a attitude and I told him OK thank you vvery much and have a nice day and he did not even say nothing like you're welcome. Have a good day or anything. He just straight out hanged up on me. So I let it be but something told me he should not be acting like that in my mind so I'm like you know what I'm going to call and talk to him and tell him can you please be nice next time or don't be rude like that because nobody should get treated that way, especially if you're being nice And I was lucky enough for him to answer, I told him..you spoke to me not long ago about the prescription. I just wanted to tell you can you be a little bit more nice because I told you have a good day and and you just straight out hang up on me and his response was wow....... He said.... I ALREADY TOLD YOU your medicine is going to be ready in 30 minutes!!!!. What else do you want?!! and he was screaming at me in an attitude and I straight out got so surprised I told him wow see what I mean like this you have attitude you should not be like that and he kept saying well what else do you want and I did not want to waste my time talking to him because he had attitude and there is no way to get through him so I straight up said do you have a manager and he said yes and I told him well. Let me talk to the manager and he said an attitude well I'm a pharmacist but yes, you can talk to the manager and as soon as he passed the phone to the manager, you can tell he was arguing about me talking about me out loud saying I told her if it will be ready in 30 minutes. What is her problem... and he was not getting the picture. My problem was not about the medicine. My problem was about his attitude just cause he is a pharmacist doesn't mean he has the right to be rude to people like that especially if you're being nice cause I am always nice and especially that I work in a medical field if a person is like that being sour all day they should not work with no people at all, they should stay home people do not deserve to get attitude like that. Imagine an old person being super nice to him and he is being that rude to people that let themselves so I told my story to the manager and she seemed like she did not care she just said well thank you for addressing this to me. and that's all she said. She just stayed quiet and said that instead of saying, I will talk to him or anything like that nothing also never in my life have I complained there at the pharmacy I've been with them for years, but with this man, I am not going to let myself being treated like a piece of garbage

They are doing it again! You customers need to check how much they are charging you for your co-pay with your medications. They charged me again for 3months instead of a month of my thyroid meds and this is not the first time. Besides its not about the money, its the hassle especially after working 12hrs.

I just left the Walgreens and won't be back. First time there and had trouble finding baby Vicks vapor rub. It wasn't in the baby section so I went to the pharmacy and found the regular adult Vicks. After looking all over I gave up and pressed the pager for help. After patiently waiting a tall African American clerk came. He copped an attitude and pointed it's right there with a nasty tone (behind me at the very bottom). I was very respectful and made sure to say please and thank you. I was also very patient and left the store disappointed with the poor attitude displayed towards me.

Be careful ordering online and picking up here. I ordered prints online and my credit card was charged two different amounts and they do not add up to the total of my online order. I have to get itemized receipts of my order so now they're telling me that I have to physically drive to the store and get printed out receipts even though I placed the order online just because I picked up the item in store. Something doesn't add up and what a waste of time

I love this store! So many things you can't find anywhere else, like the right kind of hair color. And the Photo department is amazing - I can hardly believe the pictures they have created for me.
