Find another Walmart to visit ! the TL or team leaders in this store are more worried about their position of return stock than the long lines in the store. While in the return line, team leader (TL) removes one of the only 2 associates in the team for returns to take something to the back. The young lady who was forced to leave asked if she could shorten the line first.. TL said no. With 7 people in line TL never sent someone to replace her. I spent 20 mins in a line for returns and I was 3rd in line when TL sent the other associate away. The line was now about 15 people. Great management skills.. NOT! Once I arrived at the counter I had to laugh because the associate doing the returns said she read my lips when I commented about her TL. (I said WoW she's a brilliant one with a lot more colorful language) Anyway we had a laugh and I told her no worries don't stress out, no one in line blames you.. She replied she had an hour left in her shift. I replied good luck ..This happens all the time at this Walmart the TLs seem to be on another levelAnd customers are 3rd or fourth in importance to them. this is not the same feeling when I'm on the east side.. stay as far away from the Rosedale Walmart at all costs.. #myopinion #justsaying

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Shitty business and shitty managers. They count points up against workers for their own wrong doings and tell them it's ok it's not their fault and to not worry to take those points and fire them without a notice. They do not give their workers the correct materials they need to work and managers will not answer texts when asked for needed work devices. They do not work with your availability and will change your schedule the night before. You will never keep people and stop playing favouritism. I hope cooperates gets you in trouble because we did reach out.

I generally can find what I need here. A lot of selection to choose from at the one on Bernard. Management has been helpful in some situations aswell. I continue to go.

Horrible service for missing delivery items. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to tell me to file a dispute with my bank and that the would not refund me for the missing items.

Waited almost 15 minutes for someone to help me at a locked area for a hair dryer. Finally a worker was walking that way and he quickly walked passed and said they are trying to find someone. Sadly, they don't have enough people to help with items they put under lock and key. I went to another store. It's a great store if you don't need help with anything.

Customer service is soooo HORRIBLE here and the clientele... don't even get me started. I can't understand how people can be so rude and not have any manors. Thankfully I don't shop her often and don't plan to anytime soon.

Charges for groceries they don't deliver. Then take 7-10 days to refund. Worst Wal-Mart in the US. Not the first time I've had trouble with my order. Call store 8 times today no answer. Can't post with 0 stars

Where do I even begin? If you're thinking of going in and out of the store, think again. You could be waiting minutes before being able to park. The parking lot is a s*** show. Cars parked in the middle of the aisle, people walking everywhere without looking before crossing, trash everywhere...When you're walking inside, it's what you'd expect out of any Wal-Mart. Many aisles, many people, and security. Now, onto the customer service section. I didn't even notice it because the lights were off. Were they trying to conserve energy? Who knows. But there was one person ahead of me, and it took 20 minutes before they got to me. That's fine. I get it. People have returns to make.Well, finally it's my turn. I had my 2 items to return and the digital receipt in hand (it was an online order). Nope! The employee asked me what I was returning and refused to take it. Her reason? They can't take back Halloween costumes after Halloween, even though I bought them 2 weeks ago. When I asked her if it was on their return the policy, she told me she didn't know, so it took 2 more employees to tell me that it's up to them to accept the return or not. Okay? Per policy (and it's clearly printed on their receipts), they accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. Could it be because they're trying to prevent people from coming up on stolen goods? Whatever, I took the L and left. So much for the "customer is always right." This place is so disorganized. What a joke of an establishment.
