I came into walmart today for some Rainx wiper blades. And before coming in the store, I saw the affordable price I saw in the app. But when I came in the store, the price were not the same. So I came asking around some associates if they can price match and some said no and some said to ask the cashiers. I went ahead and asked and none of them seem to know. Then I went to the electronics department and this wonderful lady Deleta was able to answer my question and said that they can price match but they have to follow a certain protocol. After following the protocol, she informed me that the items I had are eligible for price match. What a relief!!! Thank you for the amazing service Deleta! All workers should be as well informed as Deleta cause if she wasn't there then I would've thought that walmart can't price match at all.

This place has turned into a complete inconvenience. Due to the ridiculous amounts of lock ups for self care products I'd ask the employee next to me for help but it seems as if they can't help me because they may not have a key, I'm not going to ask because I shouldn't have too.

Worst Walmart ever. It's dirty full of trash and everyone who works here is just plain mean. I just did my last online order and will not shop at Walmart any longer. I'm tired of Walmart treating you like a piece of trash, and not having any respect for customers. How hard is it to simply smile or say hi??? I've been in service my whole life and usually save my reviews for good experiences, but I have just had a couple really bad experiences at Walmart lately and now they have lost my business forever. Besides Winco and Target are much better and they actually treat you like a customer instead of garbage. Stay away from this Walmart!!!

I placed an $300+ online order for delivery on 8/14 that was delayed a day and a half then subsequently cancelled. I placed a second order in the same amount on 8/18. That order was also delayed. I went to the store to pick it up at my designated time. When I was in the spot I was contacted by the store, and told my order had been picked up by a delivery driver and stolen. I was confused because it was clearly a pick up order. The girl on the phone had such an attitude. I asked her what her name was and she hung up on me. I had to contact the 800 number and get a refund. Both orders will take 10 business days for the refund over $700 in total. Do not shop at this store online or otherwise... unless you want to be robbed.

I've been calling for two days and no one answers the phones. My delivery order has been processing for two days. I even called corporate to have it cancelled and nothing has happened.

Delivery service is horrible. Made two orders over 200 each in less than a week's time and never got them! My cameras prove no one came either and the picture they show of items left at my door is a black screen. They need to hold these people accountable! I think the delivery people think it's better to steel your order rather than deliver if they can make more money from that than what they do hourly. I won't be using the app for delivery anymore!

one of the worst walmarts in Bakersfield. in over hundred degree weather this store always has it sweltering hot in here. had my clothes i wanted to purchase picked out and tried on. i go to check out but needed price checks before i got in line. i asked an employee for price checks and instead of helping me she pawned me off to customer service. she wasn't doing anything by the way. and whats with the creepy self checkout stations where it's recording my face the whole time? creepy. oh and again walmart is out of cash and won't take cash? i don't work here so stop trying to make me check myself out. this store is very creepy. and walmart charges an arm and a leg for clothes made in other countries, no thank you. i will not be back to this creepy store

Recently my husband and I went to Walmart to pickup a few things. When we were checking out a very nice man greeted us, I can't remember his name unfortunately. When we arrived home to unload groceries we were missing a bag. We hurried back to the store to see if we could locate it. No luck it was gone ! We spoke to the gentleman that we were speaking to as we checked out and explained to him what had happened. He was so kind and reassured us everything would be okay and that if we went to customer service they could help. He even offered to come help us if need be. They were so nice at customer service they gave us a gift card with the purchase amount to rebuy our items. Bravo to the great employees at Walmart for being so understanding.

This place is terrible. Everything is a mess from the aisles to the lines to the curbside pickup. You can't get any help even though there are plenty of employees that arent working.

I always love to shop from this place , but honestly every time i need to send money through western union the service is closed and i need to go to the returns section to do that and always i need to wait at least 30 minutes for my turn , either you guys don't have wnough workers or they are the slower workeds on earth , i just don't get it why you guys always close the services earlier then usual and we have to guess everyrime which one to go to make our payements we need to guess , please make a decision regarding to this becayse it really sucks the wait over there .

The remodel is a disaster. The placement of everything does not make sense everything is hard to find. Everyone is wandering around with their heads up looking confused.. looking around trying to figure out how to find what they came for. Why put the stuff that people use the most way in the back and stuff like crafts that hardly anybody uses out in the center front. I understand you probably want to sell that stuff but nobody wants that stuff very often and it's right in the center. I need toilet paper, toothpaste, body wash, deodorant, shampoo, cleaning supplies etc. in an easy to find place because those are the things that are bought more commonly and on a repeat basis. Putting them way in the back in a corner just makes most people not want to bother if you know what you want and just want to get it and leave. There has been a few times where I was so frustrated I couldn't find what I needed and left and went to another store. I probably would have bought everything I needed there if I could find it! Do better Walmart!!.

This review is specifically for the grocery curbside pick up and the staff. First of all, as horrific as COVID pandemic was. Some of the new ways how we consumers buy is through curbside. As many will see this as a lazy way or even a boring way? I love it because I can actually stick to my list and won't be purchasing any extras by browsing through the isles. Second of all, it saves me time and money! Third, the staff is always friendly and provides great customer service. I can't imagine ever walking into a Walmart again.

If this place weren't close to home and open at convenient hours, I wouldn't come here. Workers are outright hostile to each other and obviously hate their jobs and lives. I get it, the job sucks, but when you're making customers uncomfortable, that's not good at all. In the five minutes I was there, I heard one worker shout on a radio, "Come get your load. It's here and I ain't doin it." Another worker complained that their schedule was changed. Another spoke about a customer theft issue, gossiping loudly to another. Once again, I get it, your job sucks. But try to keep that to yourself when customers are around. There are also WRONG PRICES EVERYWHERE. If you're going to shop here, make sure to download the app and put it in "store mode," so you can see the correct price. I first noticed this when there was a can of Ajax on the end cap with a sign over it that said $26.48. It was like "Price is Right" and "Punk'd" combined. This is VERY common and extremely frustrating, considering that most people shop at Walmart due to price. Thank God the app recently came out to where you can check the price because there are no price checkers anywhere in the store either. I literally would have given up on this place without the app. The one positive note is the workers at front checking receipts and greeting are usually very pleasant and friendly.
