We came to stock up for the storm and upon getting through the long checkout line, Joe our cashier/bagger, said it was not his job to bag the groceries if we brought our own bags. He was extremely rude and not helpful at all. It is a shame that our society has become so lazy. If I wanted to check myself out I would have used the self check out.

2 middle aged bigger ladies, one white with glasses, short blonde hair and coworker (black lady) were SO rude and made the entire experience uncomfortable. kept circling and staring at us as if we were stealing in self checkout, accused us of it, and made snarky remark while paying. theyre clearly unhappy & bored. think the one with glasses was even a manager, she is not set out to work in customer service. Being nice is the bare minimum, do better

This place is so nasty I went today to get my son some plates for him to eat on and while I was there there was a moldy plate and a worker right next to it I told him if he could throw it away and he did nothing but look at me and walk away absolutely disgusting

This Walmart can be busy at times! It's mostly clean too, and the staff members are cool and friendly. Very convenient neighborhood store. It is more expensive than WinCo but less expensive than Albertsons. The prices are fair. This store is also a fan of hiring a large staff with disabilities. With that in mind, please be courteous. So.... Did you know you can link your credit card to your Walmart app account to pay for your items? All you do is scan the QR code at the register when you first start checking out and follow the steps. When your last item is scanned, the cashier recognizes it and ends the transaction. Your receipt is then sent to your Walmart account. If you found my review helpful, give me a like!

Waited in line for 30 minutes. Just for them not to honor their price match policy although I was on the walmart app. The manager did not care to say sorry or acknowledge it, the girl on the register was rude to begin with as well. Never coming back again. Rude staff ride management, that does not honor their price match guarantee.

I ordered Marketside Homestyle Guacamole, and found thin pieces of plastic in it, about 1in by 1in. I reported it, and assumed it was a one time thing, but I ordered it again (four weeks later) and it happened again. I called and reported it again, and the general attitude was fairly disinterested. So, it doesn't look like they're going to do anything about getting it off the shelves, be aware. I don't think I'll be purchasing anything else from this brand.

Absolutely the worst Walmart I've ever experienced. Every single time I've been here, there is zero shopping carts available. Thus forcing you to go searching the parking lot yourself for a cart. Not once, every visit this happens. Then you get to the line to check out and you can't even figure out where to get in line it's such a clusterfck. The last 3 visits I wasted my time filling up my cart, only to get to check out and not wanting to wait an hour I'm line just to check out, I just gave up and left. Keep in mind there is litterally over 20+ check out lines they could utilize to remedy this issue, but they choose not to.

If I could give this store nothing I would! My realtor gifted me a red coffee maker. As new home owner , it's exciting to decorate your home with items you love and this red coffee maker wasn't the vibe in my household so I decided to exchange for either a black or white one . " it was a gift with no receipt " the 1st attempt I was turned away with " no receipt no exchange" that's our policy any thing over $10 needs proof of purchase. 2 weeks later I get a receipt and I was told my item has an expired code on the box. I kindly asked for the manager and " Aaron the manager of this Walmart said " we & I normally don't and can't do anything about your return if you don't have a receipt but I'll make an exception this ONE TIME ! The MANAGER said OKAY I come back with the coffee maker of my choice The clerk says " we can't do the exchange " Excuse me!? How is that my problem? Clearly the manager gave me the green light to pick my item and swap it for the color of my liking, right!? She then called another manager which was NOT Aaron and proceeded with you need to call 1-800 234 BREW! Which did nothing for me, educate yourself before you give false information on why your giving me this number. That number is only to replace or repair your owned item, they couldn't exchange it for another color even if they wanted too do so. Wasted time on the phone with them and head quarters of Walmart only took my complaints about what occur today. Smh They were lucky I didn't caused a big scene due to their lack of professionalism ! Cause clearly they don't know how to run a store! Poor communication skills! Poor management! . I used to work for the retail company years ago and I know management has control on what can and can't happen at their stores and I know Exchanges and returns is a big loss for a company! I could tell when items were worn or missing tags YET.... My item was sealed like new and because the code on the box wouldn't " scan onto their system" they were t able to process the exchange! Which was total BS I explained my situation to my realtor and luckily she was in my area and said that she would help me , to show proof purchase with her credit card. She was as confused as I was, on why the manager say YES and then have the associate tell me something different in the end Luckily she swung by my house and took the coffee marker out of my hands and went to Walmart to exchange the coffee maker with the proof of her credit card purchase . Don't shop here Bro !!!

I would like to know how they expect people to shop without having a cart to put items in. I left and shopped at Aldi's instead, then went to another Walmart to get some of the things Aldi's didn't have. It meant driving farther from my home and with the price of gas I was not happy about it. I even walked around the parking lot looking for a basket. There were none on either entrance. I understand that they get stolen by homeless people, but Aldi's have plenty, it may cost a quarter to get one but you get it back. The Walmart on Gosford has plenty of baskets, never have to go looking for one or follow someone to their car to get one. They could also put a lock on the wheels so they can't leave a certain area, there is absolutely no excuse, just poor management.

They do not have shopping carts and they have thousands of registers and about 10% are open. Please go to the gosford one.
