I wanted to leave a review for AJ he did an amazing job with his customer service skills today when he helped me load my vehicle at the pick up area he noticed my eggs were cracked and he automatically got them replaced and made sure all my concerns and worries were taken care of I would give him beyond 5 stars he is a really excellent worker I suggest a great promotion for him and would be gladly coming back to this walmart thank you AJ !!!

This walmart irritates me. I park in handicap in front of garden center doors and they are hardly ever unlocked. Then if your lucky the doors are open they never have a cashier to check you out. You have yo walk all the way to the regular cashiers then walk all the way back to garden center. Not very customer service 😒

I only go in store if it's an emergency reason because I do not like self checkouts and I just don't like crowds of people anymore like I used to.
So I do online orders and I do pick up..
So far the only thing that needs a little improvement there is, There's been a few times now where I've pulled up and then there would be like four or five other people pull up after me and they would end up getting their orders before I would. The last time I was there that happened and I yelled at one of the guys and said hey how come other people that's come after me are getting their orders and I'm still sitting here 30 minutes later ? So maybe a little more organization on orders and timing because people should get their orders by the time they've checked in to pick them up. Other than that I love the online order and pick up because I am a disabled person and as I said I don't like being in stores that much anymore. And that started when COVID hit and people became rude and crude and disrespectful and I don't want to deal with it. I do like that when something is out of stock and can come from another store that it gets delivered to me to my house for free, That is great!!

Pickup sucks. They put meat and veggies/other foods together. Don't know how to bag anything proper. Its a food safety hazard. Chips and breakables they jack up. Veggies/fruit, they dont always pick the best. Sloppy work. Definitely seems like they dont care, bc they dont. The wait for pickup is usually pretty long. Inside is ok but the lines are long and not enough lanes are open. Overall needs work. 3 stars is generous.

The store still needs cleaning. The baskets are dirty. But most of all the last two times I've been there the cashiers are very slow. So slow that my husband has asked if they were feeling ok.

Bad experience in the customer service area, they had us signed for more than half an hour and then they told us that the system for returns does not work.
