It’s the only game in Oildale which sucks. Vons and Albertsons are not really convenient. But, this place isn’t that bad they always stay stocked with everything I need. Moving around is challenging sometimes mostly because of the number of employees trying to get their job done ànd I understand that but they are constantly in the way. But when you need one five will walk past me before one stops. I’m not the only customer so it is what it is. Overall it’s not that bad.

I don't like the way the employees hover when you're ringing your groceries. I've been shopping here since Food Maxx closed. They ought to know my face by now. If you think people are going to steal (and they will) then bring back the checkers.

I made an online order and it wouldn't allow me to make my substitution choices so I called the store and someone answered saying let me get someone from that department- 35 minutes on hold still nobody came to the line so I mean.. I hung up

Always closes half their self check outs at the beginning of the month if you don't trust the people then get rid of self check outs and bring back peoples jobs clearly the self check outs didn't keep prices low which was the excuse to have them in the first place

Frustrated with the new layout of this store, the fact that eggs & milk are in 2 different locations doesn't make sense. Frustrated with only 2 actual checkstands and 20 self checkouts, not that both checkstands are ever open at the same time. Meanwhile, 30 employees yet only 1 checkstand available, that checkstand has 4 people in line with overly full carts. Can't purchase alcohol through self checkout either, so you're forced to wait for an actual checker. Every medicine/self care product is locked up & requires waiting for 1 of the 30 employees to come open the case so I can buy deodorant or Tylenol. Grocery pickup isn't much better. Between having my bacon & strawberries in the same bag, I've got 2 bunches of bananas sitting on top of a loaf of now smashed bread.

A very clean store. Huge selection of anything you may need. Prices very reasonable. Always very nice staff pharmacy and clerks.

Don’t try and buy liquor here with a expired id they will deny you even if your of age to buy??? the cashier is rude ,my partner went in with his non expired id and they denied him because they said it was for me , so basically if this happens to u have your partner go get thier own bottle all over again because that’s the proper way???? good luck right here???
