This place is making the company lose money daily. Horrible customer service. They make you wait over 20min just get body soap. And the workers are all rude.

They have app online orders and have excellent customer service with curbside pick up. Most items available at reasonable pricing.

They are always thinking you are stealing. The other day on the greeters accused me of stealing. He demanded a receipt, I informed him I put it on my phone, but I paid for everything, and he can check the cameras if he is sure I stole and to get his manager here. He asked me what register I was one I told him the one in the middle he said no I was on the end, I informed him that was the lady with the TV, she left to the other door. He did not believe me, I saw him talking to his coworker instead of doing his job, and just because I was a person of color, he accused me. He saw what I said was right it was someone who scanned a TV and did not pay for it. I informed him that if he was not too busy talking to a coworker, he would have caught it. I asked for a manager but he refused to get me a manager, changing his story stating that he was worried I got my change or something, I said you accused me of not paying in the first place, I kept requesting a supervisor but he refused. I did not want to make it a big deal, so I left. Today I went and the same thing, I bought over $400 worth of stuff and they demanded a receipt and I was not in the mood to argue, legally they can ask for a receipt but not demand it unless they suspect me of steal, if they hold you that is false imprisonment, I do not know why Walmart does this, they are committing crimes everyday, they checked every single item and saw I did not steal. If I was going to steal, why would I pay for over $400 worth of items. Walmart is so stupid and needs to hire smarter and better workers. It takes them over an hour to open one of their locked displays, which they have so much stuff locked up nowadays. I see most workers just on their phones acting like they are stocking shelfs.

If I could give a 0 star, I would. Walmart seems, more like prison than a place to shop. This is the worst Walmart I ever been into in my life. It is very ghetto and the employees are disorganized. I went to the Walmart for deodorant, basic hygiene. It was locked of course, I pushed the button for assistance. No one arrives in the next 15 minutes. I had to find an employee. The employee said the product will be up front. I wait in line for a while and they couldn’t find the deodorant that I had asked for. It was a waste of time. I wonder how many times this place got shot up and robbed for this Walmart to act like you’re buying a gun: our founding fathers would be disgusted. I did not receive this much security at TSA.

Honestly, this store and Walmart in general was so unprofessional. I waited almost 2 hours for my order. I had to wait outside the sliding doors half an hour just to ask someone about my order because nobody bothered to answer the phone. They delayed my order an hour. Then when I went to pick it up, they said after two hours I never checked in when it clearly shows I did. Then they say they don't know when they'll get it out since they're closed and everyone's going home. Somehow it's my fault? Obviously they have enough customers that this doesn't matter to them. So thank you Walmart for finally pushing for me to stop using your stores.

One of the most poorly serviced stores. I understand it’s a new thing to lock up certain items for safety reasons, however, if you’re going to do that then have more than one person on staff in the entire store to have keys to open it. I asked three people to open the locked compartment so I could buy body wash and waited for 10+ minutes but still no one came…Decided to give up and informed the worker at the self check out lane who nonchalantly reported they must be busy. I would expect a mega-corporation to have more than one key.
