The pick up side sucks. Went today and whoever was picking my items didn't put somof the packets in a bag andost of them got lost. They're fairly cheap but that's not the point. I have to spend more money on things that I already purchased and wasn't aware till after I got home and unloaded the car. But I shouldn't expect much from people that avoided me cuz I had to park a little way from the door for them

Walmart will always accuse you of stealing. They will illegally detain you to check your receipt, this is a crime, Walmart needs to stop this illegal practice or inform their employees of the law.

The older Hispanic short lady with dark hair working in the tire center would be the reason I would never bring my car back! She fits the typical Walmart employee stereotype.. lazy & you can just tell she doesn’t wanna be there! Her service today showed it all.. wanted to just smack her across the counter! Do better lady!

This Walmart does NOT ACCEPT RETURNS even though it's policy allows returns with valid ID or credit card used. RUDE GENERAL MANAGER does not follow general Walmart policies. WORST BRANCH.

Unbelievable experience here today. I placed a pickup order this morning but wanted to shop some things in person and needed cold bags because we forgot ours. I spent over $400 in store. Needed two carts, husband pushed our baby in one. He purchased a drill and picked up a drill bit afterwards placing it under the receipt. Thing was like $3. As we’re checking out i took the items from his cart (3or 4 in total) and didn’t see the drill bit. As we’re walking out he grabs the receipt to show the lady at the front and obviously the $3 bit was there. It’s not in the receipt because I didn’t see it. Total accident and an honest mistake. I’m not worried about $3. lady gets all weird towards him but he let her know we were just getting the kids in the car and he had to come back in to look for the cold bags or to purchase a cooler anyway. They stalked him all through the store when he went back in, over a $3 drill bit and $400 in store purchase. THEN, we go to pick up our pickup order. Park next to the door in space #3 and I kid you NOT they throw on the damn security alarm when my husband gets out of the car to move around the items we JUST purchased to make space and to check on our baby. Three times it went off. I was thinking maybe it’s motion activated I get out, crickets. They literally turned it on because of him. As though he’s some thieving criminal over a $3 drill bit. They also sat there and gave other people their orders that showed up after we were there. We waited, and left without the items. Order cancelled. I’ve had it with this place. I’m so disgusted by this store it’s not even funny. The way the whole situation was handled just blows my mind and the audacity of them to throw on the alarm as we’re there to pick up another $260 pickup order AFTER the $400 we just spent inside, all over an honest mistake over a $3 drill bit.
