I was mistreated and discriminated against by a Teller in this branch! I went to cash a simple check I had received by an insurance agency for a claim I had submitted! I don't have an account and with the way I was treated, I won't be opening one because she really turned me off to this bank! I brought my ID and it was obviously me! What more do you all need, our blood or DNA, geesh!! Anyway, she wanted 2 forms and suggested a social security card or medical card?? Since when do banks seriously need so much information just to cash a check? I was just telling my husband, I remember when a hand shake meant something! This place was out in countryville so you would think they would treat you better than a city branch right?? WRONG!! The branch in Los Angeles wanted my ID card but never mentioned two forms of ID! I may have to go back there I guess! I will pass on banks in the sticks from now on, guess they see themselves as uppity types!! Lady, no way will I give you all my information!! You seemed all too interested really makes me wonder what you would have done with my information and I won't have anyone screw me over again! If you're smart avoid this branch at least because they need to work on customer service better! But I guess if you have a whole lobby empty and they still don't care to work and do their job, maybe their is a reason it's so empty! Close them down or get actual employees who care to help! Thanks for listening.

Used to be good service, then Julia stepped in. Don't let Julia be your teller. She's rudeee. She interrupted the teller I was talking to and didn't even know what she was talking about. Make sure Julia is not your teller if you want good service.

Not only does Aly Villegas not know what she's doing, on top of that she also has an attitude! Did what she wanted with my money without asking, all wrong and made me have to wait a week for my money to be available when I needed to make a payment today, thanks a lot Aly!

Seriously you can't deposit cash into someone else's account at Wells Fargo?? What in the world is this about?? Trying to help someone out and a bank will NOT accept cash??? Mind blown. Had to drive home a dig an old checkbook out, what are we back in the 70's??

First time at this location. It's very nice, and clean, small, but the tellers were very friendly, welcoming and helpful to me. I got bottle water on the way in and candy on the way out. I was actually the only customer in there the entire time I was there so I got in and out in great time. I asked if it was always so quiet, the teller(I know this word is old, do we still use this word for them or are we calling them something else??!!?!?...) said that it gets a little busy but not like the bigger branch locations. I think it's because of the location.

I really liked this location. Went right in, fast, friendly service, and back out again with little or no trouble. Wells Fargo has been a favorite of mine for some time now, and their customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend this location because it isn't too crowded and the staff are lovely.

I've been banking at this wellsfargo branch since 2007. Over the many years I've had a couple problems and the previous branch manager has made their mistakes right. Susan is her name. Absolutely wonderful when a business takes responsibility, I'd never think of banking anywhere else. Now for the latest couple of years and disappointment 3 times now. The newer manager is clearly marching to a different drum. Customer service and customer retention is unfortunately not in her skill set or even on the horizon. Sad when a manager is asked to look into a issue and after looking into their mistake they choose to loose a customers respect. You may be "right" according to WF's perception yet the way you handle and treat people is why they leave never to return. To bad WF is so large they run off the small business person.
