Manager is so rode……I watch them from last 30 min they just still chatting each other no one help to open accounts……after request ..they said make appointment than come back. They time to chat but not work.

I was mistreated and discriminated against by a Teller in this branch! I went to cash a simple check I had received by an insurance agency for a claim I had submitted! I don't have an account and with the way I was treated, I won't be opening one because she really turned me off to this bank! I brought my ID and it was obviously me! What more do you all need, our blood or DNA, geesh!! Anyway, she wanted 2 forms and suggested a social security card or medical card?? Since when do banks seriously need so much information just to cash a check? I was just telling my husband, I remember when a hand shake meant something! This place was out in countryville so you would think they would treat you better than a city branch right?? WRONG!! The branch in Los Angeles wanted my ID card but never mentioned two forms of ID! I may have to go back there I guess! I will pass on banks in the sticks from now on, guess they see themselves as uppity types!! Lady, no way will I give you all my information!! You seemed all too interested really makes me wonder what you would have done with my information and I won't have anyone screw me over again! If you're smart avoid this branch at least because they need to work on customer service better! But I guess if you have a whole lobby empty and they still don't care to work and do their job, maybe their is a reason it's so empty! Close them down or get actual employees who care to help! Thanks for listening.

Wells Fargo is unquestionably the worst bank if you need anything beyond a basic checking account. Their fees are the highest for any services, Customer service is horrific, they cancel appointments without notice and continually pass the buck. Their app doesn't work, Chase is the best

Walked in to open a new account and this branch has no clue what customer service is. I had to walk up to these employees who acted like a couple to get acknowledgment. They were flirting standing around doing nothing; not helpful at all.

Garbage customer service, tried to put money from a pay card onto my checking and they denied me. So I tried to close my account then they wouldn’t let me do it in the same day. Lied to on phone when they said they had no manager there, then he got caught up and said they did. Take your money to mechanics bank trust me, i’m switching. They don’t value your business.

Very Bad experience, I have Account since last 10 years in Wells Fargo bank, I go there apply for a credit line with Katherine Ramirez, today almost more then a week not any response? when I call & ask the status talk to Veronica couple times she said we call you back within 15 minutes but no one ☝️ call ? back, rude staff better change the management

Fell victim to scammers a short time ago. They deposited an $1100 electronic personal check in my account. Wasn’t aware until after the fact. They used my info to claim the funds were stolen and Wells Fargo temporarily refunded the account, without placing a temporary hold on the personal check. I had no knowledge of the check or the fraudulent claim. Wells Fargo eventually discovered the check was fictitious and eventually tried to force me to cover the loss ($1100). I refused and opened an account at a different bank. They wouldn’t allow me to close the account because it was overdrawn. They gave up after a few months and I closed the account. Had Wells Fargo placed a temporary hold on the check, it would not have happened, yet they tried to hold me accountable when I was victimized. Left and never looked back!!

Used to be good service, then Julia stepped in. Don't let Julia be your teller. She's rudeee. She interrupted the teller I was talking to and didn't even know what she was talking about. Make sure Julia is not your teller if you want good service.
