This Wells Fargo is the worst I come here often and even on the busiest days they only ever have two tellers. They always have a bunch of employees behind the glass just talking but only two tellers. The inside lobby is disgusting and dirty they never clean their service counters as it has graffiti and you can see the dirt on the glass. Today however there was a man behind me just vaping away. This was irritating as he was blowing it towards me since I was in front of him multiple employees saw him and did nothing. No one got the security guard nothing. Worst Wells Fargo

Today February 9, 2024 around 4:00 pm my husband went inside the branch and use the ATM inside, is the ones you can withdrawal more cash. He tried to withdrawal 5K and I said tried because he never received the cash. Bankers reset the ATM and nothing. They just made a dispute with no details of the amount we did not received and it will take 5 to 10 business days to resolve this issue and give us our money back. Is Wells Fargo having cash flow issues??? DO NOT USE THE ATM’s for large amounts it will get stuck and you will be stuck with no money until they investigate their own mistakes. Manager was no helping at all this procedure is preventing us to have access to our own money that’s why we don’t keep large amounts in the bank no more.

It's best to go to another location, even if it's further away.Location (outside) has constant garbage around. I don't mind as much since I just go to get cash and leave quickly. However, there has been this one beggar person (same guy every time) that sits near the ATMs that always harasses the women that go to this bank. He (without failure) asks women for cash. If they don't give him any or choose to ignore him, he'll throw slurs and other insults towards them. He NEVER seems to do this to the men. Complete silence.Just today, three men and a lone woman went to get cash from the ATMs at the same time. He didn't say anything to the men, but he kept harassing the woman for cash. Even though you can tell she was in a rush to leave cause as soon as she finished whatever she needed to do, she rushed to her car.I recommend going to another location where the space is clean and the location doesn't allow loitering.

I was waiting to be help and the person who was helping people to be assign with a banker kept skipping my turn giving priority to other people because of their looks . I feel very disappointed at this location they don’t have good skills to guide people in order to be seen . I don’t recommend this location to anyone

went in because of a problem with my account. after not being able to solve the problem, the teller told me to wait for a banker. spent a hour waiting for nothing because people with appointments had first serve. i acknowledge that and can understand that they should have priority. however, please tell us that you have upcoming appointments and most likely won't be able to help us out so we can schedule our own appointments and not stand around for 2 hours. lacking communication at that bracnch

Really, queen?Oh C'mon, Karen!! We are in the middle of a pandemic! Don't expect to walk in and out in no time! Tellers are overwhelmed with too many clients yet they always have a positive attitude despite their customers rudeness. Bankers are on appts only, but they always answer questions to non scheduled customers. Yes, the lines are long, but it is because this branch is one of the best in town, not to mention that this location also follows CDC health guidelines.

Absolutely exceptional service by all staff members at this Wells Fargo Branch, but I would like to give special recognition to one of the personal bankers , Mr Carlos Ramirez, who was very helpful in setting me up an account this morning. Such a calm, diligent and positive personality is what I call a credit to the Wells Fargo Bank. On the whole, there was an extremely pleasant and welcoming staff both at the door and inside. Thank you to this branch for making my visit one of ease and comfort!
