I was able to pick up my prescription in 4 minutes! I appreciate the amazingly fast service and friendliness of the pharmacy staff! You are awesome!

I came here because I am covid positive and needed to get meds at a drive thru, of course I remember why I no longer use this pharmacy and it's the astronomical wait time in person and on the phone. At least cvs picks up the phone.

Walked in and nicely asked if they were still serving ice cream to which the employee responded "yes unfortunately" and gave me so much attitude. I continued to try and kill her with kindness but she still had the same childish behavior. I'm sorry you had to scoop two scoops of ice cream I know that must be extremely difficult.

I don't usually do reviews for stores like this because how is one Rite-Aid different from another? I am reviewing solely on my experience getting a booster shot. The Rite-Aid website makes it very easy to schedule an appointment, I tried other drugstores (which shall remain nameless) but the Rite Aid seemed to have the easiest system. The store had plenty of parking and was easy to find. The parking lot and store look clean and attractive. The employees acknowledged me when I walked in, seemed friendly and helpful. The area where I went back and actually got jabbed was neat and well-lit. The phlebotomist was efficient and answered all my questions. Overall a good experience. Thank you Rite Aid!

I would like to give kudos to Pam in the pharmacy at Rite Aid on Coffee Rd. She went above and beyond to help me with a rx pick up. I appreciated the help. She was so nice. Thank you Pam!!!

I hate using Rite Aid pharmacies and only use them as a last resort. They never have enough staff working the pharmacy and the wait time is ridiculous. The same pharmacy tech tries to fill prescriptions and work the drive thru and walk up counter at the same time. I dropped off my prescription around 12:30 and they said it would be ready in an hour. I come back at 4:30 (because it's never ready when they say), wait in the drive thru behind other cars for almost 20 min only to be told the pharmacist just started working on mine. The pharmacy tech tells me I need to either sit at the window waiting, which holds up all the other customers behind me, or pull around and go back to the other end of the line of cars to wait until all the other customers have been helped. She said it won't do any good to go inside because the wait will be the same. It doesn't do any good to speak with the store manager, they say there's nothing they can do.

This has been my go to Albertsons for 3 years now. Overall, not a bad experience. Fairly efficient, pretty responsive, and pretty convenient. 99.9% of the time, I just use the drive up window, and my favorite worker is Velda. I just absolutely love her. She is the only one that openly remembers me and my husband and always talks with us. She honestly lights up my day. I am instantly put in a great mood after interacting with her!!My only complaints (which is minor) is that their automatic systems will say it will be ready by noon, but I never get a text for it and show up at 5 anyway (when I am off work) and they scramble to get it together. I would prefer that it not give me a time it will be ready if it is never ready at that time. This is a corporate issue really, and I do not blame this store.
