I'm only giving one star because I have to. I made an appointment with "LoTweet" and she pawned me off on another stylist who said she could cut a bob hairstyle for me. Instead of a bob I got a Moe Howard of the 3 stooges hairstyle!

Very poor customer service and unprofessional. Called quite a few different times trying to get an appointment for a simple wash and blow dry and kept getting the runaround. I was told to call back at a certain time each time and still no response. I won’t spend where it’s not acceptable or appreciated some establishments make it hard to patronize unnecessarily ✌?
