I had a return and they gave me such a hard time. The workers here are not helpful in any way shape or form. Overall Great clothing but the worst customer service. Expect disappointment

If I can give this place 0 stars I would, customer service is garbage here and they take forever to check you out at the register, don’t even greet you either. Definitely not coming here again there so unhelpful and rude

I recently visited and all I have to say is WOW! They exceeded my expectations with their great customer service despite being short-staffed. The store was quite busy when I visited, and the lines were quite long. However, the workers remained calm and polite throughout, even in the face of some rude customers. They were patient, friendly, and attentive to mine and others needs. Overall, I highly recommend Windsor to anyone who is looking for great customer service and great clothing! You can rest assured that they will do their best to make your experience a positive one even during busy hours. :)

I wish I had the option to give no stars because it doesn’t deserve one. My mom went to the store today to buy a dress. My mom asked the worker to get a dress of the size she wanted. I want to add that my didn’t get to the store at the time they were closing, she had already been there for over an hour. The worker there was rude and told her we’re closing. In fact, many people were still at the store. But the worker was racist and took advantage of the fact that my mom barely speaks English. Won’t be returning to the store. Racist workers and bad costumer service.

Yvette was absolutely ? amazing.We went in to get my daughter a prom dress, and we couldn't find exactly what she envisioned for herself, or anything that really fit. She was devastated......... so I decided to ask someone to help us even tho my daughter was very anxious to do so.... Yvette ended up educating us on dress sizes and how to dress for her body type! To cut the story, she was quick amazing help the first dress she picked in my daughter's color preference WAS AMAZING GORGEOUS AND EXACTLY WHAT SHE had envisioned! MY BABY, left the happiest she was ever going to be with her choice! Thank to thank you

Terrible and rude customer service, they changed their “return policy” when I asked. I tried a to make a refund but they only gave back store credit and wouldn’t let me keep my receipt.

Came here on Dec 3 2022 to buy a couple of dresses for a teen and left exhausted because I had to count the clothes that were going to be tried on, I had to put the clothes in the dressing room, I had to take the clothes out, at one point I asked if my teen can try on some heels with the dresses and was told to go get them myself and put them back where I found them when done. I'm surprised I didn't have to ring up my order before purchasing too. Unbelievable.
