First half of my visit was great when the guy in black shirt helped me, then at the end of my visit i got in line when i was about to be next i put my box on counter and the short lady with mask yelled loud and abruptly im not done yet wait your turn very ignorantly very bad attitude not good customer service i wont be coming back.

Walked up to the doors at 8:50pm for a size exchange and doors were locked and employees signaled from the register that they were closed. Signs on the door and online clearly state 9pm.

Very very bad experience. Store manager was very very rude she wasn’t helpful at all and no manners how to talk to the customer. Feel sorry for customers whoever goes there.

This is my husband's to go place when any of us need new shoes. He's a WSS rewards member, so he likes to apply any funds available to the balance owed. The store always seems stocked and clean. They have every brand that I can think of, plus the apparel is state of the art. I believe the prices are reasonable because brand-name shoes are expensive regardless of where they are bought.
I've never encountered a rude employee, but I've never encountered a friendly, helpful employee.
We bought our soon to be 6th grader two pairs of shoes for $120, and they are exactly what she wanted, so that makes me happy!
