This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! Bought both kids 80 dollar shoes, my daughters didn't fit so I called to ask for an exchange not even my refund just needed exchange and they wouldn't do it. Called corporate to complain and the man or woman couldn't tell was rude and disrespectful. I will never shop here again or recommend a damn person to shop here! I'm out 80 dollar shoes we have no use for because they don't fit. This place is a terrible company. DONT SHOP HERE!

False advertisement, there was two signs in stores that said “buy one, get 2nd one half off, all clearance”. There was another sign in Spanish that said “additional 50% off all clearance”. I asked a worker there and he confirmed that the signs were true. But when I go to check out they were only applying 50% off the second pair, and not the first one. I asked the same employee I had talked to earlier why the deals he had mentioned weren’t being applied to my purchase. He said there was nothing he could do because the “system didn’t let him”. Not even the manager was able to explain this tremendous false advertisement in their own store. It’s not only a waste of your time, but also a potential scam if you don’t check what they’re trying to charge you.

Horrible store.. I will never come back to this store. They have the worst customer service ever, I asked for help 5 times and no one decided to help out. The store manager Gio is rude and talks down on his employees, like what kind of manager are you? I don't know how he got his position knowing how how speaks to people. I ended up getting a refund and leaving... save your time and go elsewhere

Shopping was a breeze, shoes were in order with sizes , prices displayed were correct. Markdowns given correctly. Associates were very helpful and friendly. Store was clean and organized. My size is 6.5 woman's and they had .y size. Big clearance area for everyone!!
